im 29 yrs old, 5'9", 185lbs, 15% body fat and in pretty good shape. i have been out of the gym for 4 months, but im ready to back full force. i am interested in the super mass & cutting kit, but im not sure whats best for me. My goal is to 200lbs. and 9% body fat. so what do you think is best
please give me a detailed response on what i should use if not the super mass and cutting
