I have been a member for 5 years to SE im not sure if i want to renew membership or NOT? I mean i have alins boards all the lists? but i want to be supportive of SE! i mean that is where i gained all my knowledge from.

What do all of you think i should do?

I have had the same thought, i will keep my SE membership just for research purposes, I find SE being less approachable than it was 5 years ago, I dont really get answers, i get the usual do some research and get back to us, thats a fine answer unless i have a research snag, i like it here much better, there does not seem to be the look how smart i am contest going on here, Hell i have a masters degree in exercise and sports studies or you can call it kinesology, but i dont claim to be an expert, and i dont try to put others down for their lack of knowledge, Dont get me wrong i like Se alot but sometimes i just get that uncomfortable unapprochable feeling.

think about this...what more do you have to gain by staying on? Sometimes you have to trade the old model in on a new one. I started with SE...loved the information and learned a whole hell of alot...I chose NOT to renew...I like it here better :p

I don't have to worry about this problem until November....but I have to say I haven't any problems with getting anwsers to questions, although most of them are through PM's. Eveything is through PM's, I guess it's all for our safety though???? You do gain allot of knowledge from them also!! I'll probably stay aboard for a couple more years??!! Atleast until I get a good rep. with my chosen supplier, and we have a great repor going with each other.

I like to support the boards like SE that I have gained knowledge from. It does take time and money to keep the boards operating properly. If you enjoy SE as much as I do, I would suggest renewing.
