Customs Detention: Customs Detention: Even though everything is shipped with maximum discretion and care to insure no problems, and there is a very high rate of successful deliveries (97 %+), there is a possibility of risk with any international shipping that customs will stop a shipment for inspection. Since the success rate is over 97%, deliveries are guaranteed. However, in the highly unlikely event that if your package is detained by customs, I will reship 100% of the order, upon presentation of the original seizure letter in the original envelope it came in. Please, make sure you keep both, in the highly unlikely event that an order is seized. Due to the superiority of my packaging methods, it is very common that a seized product was seized because of a problem in the customer’s country, not with the packaging. For example, the United States as well as Canada, any package coming from an international venue can be opened at will by customs. Many people don’t know this, and assume that probable cause or reasonable suspicion is necessary. This is not true, and any package from overseas can be opened and inspected for any reason. Often, in the cases of the packages from me that are opened, a customer is receiving several packages every month from China, some from Thailand, and then some from me, and this type of activity often causes customs to inspect packages. Despite this, I have less than 3% of my packages opened. However, since the problem with those opened packages is not with my packaging or shipping methods, I simply ask the customer to provide me with the seizure letter and envelope, and the costs of reshipping the package, and I will resend 100% of the order. I will not, however, refund any orders that have been detained by customs, nor will I resend to the same address that has had a package detained already. Although the seizure notice can take some time to arrive, your order will be reshipped will be in a matter of days, so please take that into account, in the event that you are awaiting a package.

On express orders, for international shipments, procedure for customs is more stringent, with nearly every package from any foreign country being inspected in some way, shape or form, and as such I can not offer any refund or resend policy for express orders. Most customers have commented that my shipping and turn around time is so good that express orders are often not necessary.

DAMAGED ITEMS: When you receive your package and you find damaged items or different or less items that you ordered please take some pictures with your camera and send to seizure@pgpmail.in. We replace only packages that look real before you opened and removing from original package. Once you unwrapped everything is no use to make any picture because we will not take them in consideration

Only atachaments allowed are jpg jpeg or tiff.
Please be carefull not to send very large files because will not receive them.
Better send few emails than one with many photos.
If you sent other type of atachaments I will not receive (firewall delete them)

NOTE:9 JUNE: CANADA RESEND NOTICE: Because many trackings shows packs stuck somewhere on the way and in reality those packages were received we will RESEND for Canada just based on seizure letter and not based on tracking information like now. Sorry but some try to get advantage of this tracking error on canada postal service.

EVERYONE, this is right from www.alinshop.in ...READ IT...Before, you make a post or send Alin an email complaining about where is the other half of your order that shipped on such a date...Before, you make a post or send Alin an email wondering where your seizure letter is after it has only been a short while...Before you make a post or send Alin an email wondering why no one has responded to your post or email (because ALL rules are explained on www.alinshop.in at the middle left of the page...So there is no need for a response, there is only need for you to do your homework and read the Support & information section on the shop)...Before you ever even decide to make an order and then complain about how it's poor customer service that no one has responded to you.....
Purchasing AAS is illegal in many countries, everyone whom orders from such countries know they're taking a risk...I suggest EVERYONE making an order select the Registered Airmail Shipping With Tracking, so to keep track of where THEIR package is, because once it leaves Alin's country it's no longer his, but YOUR responsibility...REMEMBER THAT, AND READ THE RULES AGAIN.....

Also, on another note...For all those that continuously ask about how's the "Free Goodies" thing work & where to type them in & will Alin make an exception & ship me mine because I didn't read the RULES & didn't write them in the proper section??!
