I just started a cycle of Test Cypionate 400mg/2mL/10 days along with anastrazole 25mg 2x per week. I was wondering, while doing a cycle is it neccessary to allow for the same ammount of recuperation time between workouts for each muscle group? Since the Test enhances protein synthesis, would it not be possible to perform longer/more frequent workouts for faster gains?

You should be able to do more, but what are your goals and stats?

i think the quality/how hard your pushing yourself will be much more beneficial to muscle growth than staying longer or working out 7+ times a week (am+pm not including cardio)

Thanx for the reply. Right now I am about 153 lbs and 5'10'. I am hoping to get up to about 170- 175 lbs. I am training using the Max-OT training from AST-Sports Science which consists of working 1 muscle group per day (e.g. Mon.-legs, Tues.- Chest, Wed.-back/abs, Thu.-Arms, Fri.-Shoulders, and Sat/Sun off). Each group is worked using 10-12 reps warm up set then, 6-8 warm up, and 3 sets of 4-6 reps of very heavy weight (heavy enough as to not be able to perform more than 4-6 reps). An example of chest would be 10-12 reps warm up (bench press), 6-8 reps, then 4-6reps x 3, then same for incline bench press, then, decline and/or push downs. The warm ups sets are only done once at the start of the routine.

I could really use some advice on some good mass-building routines that work while cycling. Thanks Guys!!!

When your on the juice your body recovers faster after reps,or sets and dont forget to eat, eat,eat for good gains.

On or Off I normally will do 2 days on 1 day Off. (ala Dorian Yates)
3 days on 1 off at Most...depending on how I split it up.
Just dont overtrain, But when you do Train, train with High Intensity and 100% focus. Like a man on a mission...and you HAVE to eat the protein
for it to work..along with proper rest.

Give us your current split (what exercises your doing) and maybe we could throw you some ideas
or what we would do differantly.
Sounds like your on the right track from what youve said so far....
Just remember train smarter Not Longer..All the basics- Deads,Rows,Bench,
Squat are going to be your main Mass builders.

The first problem I see that wouldnt work for me is Shoulders after a brutal Arm Day...without a day off in between Id have trouble giving my shoulders 100% after just doing armms 1 day before......Same with Doing Bis the day after a Heavy Back day. If it were "me" (everyone has differant methods and theories on what works for them) Instead of Sat Sun Off id Use the days off
to help split it up better for more recovery time.

no such thing as overtraining on gear bro :D but still give muscles time to rest, best to just listen to your body

I would have to disagree. Overtraining is the biggest mistake many people make. So your telling me Just because Im on some Juice I can train
7 days a week 2-3 hrs a night and I wouldnt be overtraining?
Please explain?

im going to have to agree on this disagreement :D
overtraining is one of the most costly mistakes you can make while trying to gain size. theres been plenty of times at them gym where after my training regimine i know i can go a lot longer but choose not to. raJJIN, do you think overtraining is more # of days at the gym per week, or how long the workout is? im just curious cus to tell you the truth im at the gym 5 or 6 days a week, but really no more than 30-40 minutes.

Overtraining is definitely possible on gear. I did way too many reps at way too much weight on calf raises one time and couldn't walk right for a week. Depending on what you're taking, and as long as you aren't stupid (like the above example), it can seem like overtraining isn't something to worry about, especially if you're using something like anadrol/anapolon. It is pretty hard to overtrain on drol, but believe me, it can be done.

Hell yah, ive seen people take gear, overtrain their body and not grow at all, that shits sad to see someone dieting correctly, dopeing correctly and still not make any real progress... overtraining is a big issue, you have to know yourself and how much your body can take and rebuild itself.

i agree as well overtraining is possible on any level and what some of us fell to realize is that muscle is built out side the gym not while you are working out. Its not who works out the longest who gets the biggest who gets the most shit down in the least amount of time. It took me a few years to finally understand that when it comes building muscle less is better. And if you are trully hitting it hard each time I dont see why you need to train any muscle group more than once a week. but thats just me. ps calves and abs i do twice but thats it

Over training can also lead up to injuries, you need rest periods.

Dorian is a monster, he had the best back ever... IMO
I perfer 3 on 1 off, but its all about what your comfortable with... I split up my back workouts because my back stopped growing, once I split them... Vuallla Miracle Grow

am i reading your post right your taking 400mg of cyp every 10 days? if so that needs to be adressed.
you want to hit each body part one time a week, you would need to be on way more juice than what your doing to do more, ive heard of some pros doing each body part 2 times per week, but they are hitting the gym 2 times per day, they are on GH , they dont work, and they sleep all afternoon, and they eat enough protein to choke a horse
