Well I should be ordering from Alin in a couple of days. Cant wait, hoping you guys can critique my cycle a little, and give me advice on which Companys off Alin to order from.

Weeks 1-14: Test Enanthate @ 600mg per week (mon/thurs 300mg)
Weeks 1-13: EQ @ 500mg per week (mon/thurs 250mg)
Weeks 1-3: Test-P@ 100mg EOD(weeks 1-3) then (weeks 15-16 before PCT)


(14 days after last test shot) Nolva
Day 1-3 40mg Nolva
Day 4-7 40mg Nolva
Week 2 20mg Nolva
Week 3 20mg Nolva
Week 4 20mg Nolva

I was wanting to throw in some anavar weeks 9-16, but don't know if I should or not. Was going to use it to start leaning my body out, and to help keep gains.

Im 20 years old,5'7,160pounds, about 9-10% BF. Eat around 2500-3000 calories a day now, and when on cycle will be upping it to around 4500, and try to get around 500g of protein a day.

Here is my current workout schedule, add in around 30min of cardio a day. Ive been told I should quit cardio, or reduce it drastically while on cycle if I want to gain more, what do you guys think?

monday:chest/calves/triceps/abs
tuesday:quads/hams
wednesday:back/biceps/abs/calves
thursday:chest/triceps/delts
friday:quads/hams/abs
saterday:back/biceps/delts/calves
sunday:off

I will ofourse be taking whey protein,no explode for creatine, taurine, and liv 52 for supplements. Hoping to jump up to around 175-180. What do you guys think?

the mgs on the test e and eq are off a bit, not that u couldnt run em like that but 500mgs and 400mgs respectively would probably be the way to go there...a couple of other small details are off as well but i'm gonna let someone else do the dirty deed here....welcome to alinboard tho...read and use the search button at the top as often as u like:)

Yeah I dont know why its like that, I copied it from my notepad, your dosing is actually how I will run it. Still deciding if Im going to run the test 14 weeks or 12, and the EQ one less week on whatever I decide.

And what else is off? I dont need anyone telling me Im too young, I know my body and I know im done growing, and Im about at the max of being natural. Ive wrestled 12 years of my life, along with football for 8, and currently train for MMA a little. The only thing I really need to work on is my diet.

First, I think that you need to grow a little naturally before do this cycle. But you probably won't listen to that advice, so here is my thoughts for your cycle.

I assume that you have never done a cycle before given your size. If you have not done one I suggest that you run the Test E alone for the first time. You can use the Prop to jump start it if you would like.

If you have done a test only cycle before the hormones and dosages look okay.

Add some Clomid to PCT 100 mg weeks 1&2 50 mg weeks 3&4
400G of protein would be plenty for 160 lbs
I don't like your splits. Look at Big A's "Growth principles" sticky in the newbe fourm for a better split.

I understand what your saying here.....but if your asking for advice you have to the positive and negative. they come hand in hand:cool:

food is more anabolic than any of the compounds yer thinking about doing..AAS compliments proper diet and exercise, not the other way around..so if u admit to not having yer diet in check doing AAS would be like trying to workout with one arm tied behind yer back...u know what i'm saying:cool:

Lol I know what your saying man, and I didn't mean my diet is OFF off, I ment it isnt perfect. And it will be perfect for my cycle, which is what ill be working on up until my gear is here :)

And yeah I love helpful critisim, but I thought id let everyone know my background about me before coming to conclusions :P.

And no one has said anything about the anavar, should I do that as I said or not? Also, should I order everything I can stealth, or which is better?(as in who has seen better gains from which company)

I guess I over looked the entire Anavar statement. I would leave it out. The EQ is going to harden you up already.

The Stealth is good stuff. But I would go with the Test C if you are going to order Stealth. Some guys report significant pain on the Stealth Test E. Nobody has complained of the Test C pain. I ran the Stealth Test C and loved it.

a couple things. First, your to young and your to light to be doing AAS. You should put on another 20 lbs EASY before you run a cycle. You yourself said it right here

Thats really the only thing you need, is a better diet. And your training split blows too, by the way.

ANd when you are ready for a cycle, dont do more than one compound. Test E for 10 weeks at 500 mg per week is a great first cycle. If you have bad sides (like....say your BP shoots to the sky and you sweat 24/7, your back breaks out with bad acne, and your paranoid all the time..) then how will you know if the EQ or TEST is too high?

Also your PCT is off base, you need clomid in there as well.

And drop the attitude. Yes you do need to be told that your too young. And your too light to.. 160 lbs?? give me a break. your one of those skinny kids with no sholders and no size.

Learn to eat, and work on your training split. Thats the best advice you will get here IMO.

all of alins gear is good to go...there are guys with experience who may prefer some compounds over others or some labs over others or they may like one labs compound over another lab that makes the same compound etc...but seriously tho, i would hang about the board awhile and learn some b4 u just start ordering in a couple weeks...you'll wind up with a much better cycle, you'll know what yer doing with it and what to expect, and in the time yer learning on here, u can use that time to get yer diet and workout split more on point...slow down n give yerself a couple months or so at least, it'll be well worth it........my 65 cents.......................

I didnt mean to come off with an attitude man, but I haven't grown(in height) since my freshman year in college. also about my weight, I compete in MMA/grappling and have to make weight, considering I compete at 145/155, Im going to be at around 160. Im not going to be competing for 6 months, which is why I will be running a cycle for strength gains. I will post pics of myself tonight, because I am FAR from being a lanky/skinny like you said.

And my training split blows? Its the same one ronnie coleman uses, guess he blows too?

nobody would say ronnie coleman blows but coleman can fly around the friggin' room too, can u?...if that is his split, which i doubt, i'm almost certain yer not ready to train specific body parts 2-3x a week...also, what are yer goals...i thought with the compounds u were planning on running u wanted to build size, now i read that u just wanna do gear to gain strength for mma...yup, i'm confused:D

Bro, Ronnie is a very advanced athlete. You would not do the amount of gear he does. You would not eat the amount of food he eats. Why do you think you can pull off his work out as well. There are things that we can learn from him, but he is a freak of nature and can endure more than most mortals.

Unless you are a genetic freak and using mega drugs, your body is going to need more rest to grow.

If I read your post correctly, you also said that you were going to run this for strength development and then diet back down to 160. If this is your goal your test selection is off. You need to be running short ester test to avoid the water retention.

I'm not going to add anything here. They've given you excellent advice. Don't be hasty and make sure your training and diet are 100% first. AAS are not a shortcut but an extra push down the path to greater success and if you're running backwards you might end up falling on your arse with AAS instead of getting a bigger, better and healthier look. Read my signature bro! It just about sums it up!

Cycle looks damn solid to me DayDay. If you were born in 87, Id say this is the perfect time to start steroids. You really could put on more weight naturally, but I was 5'9 160lbs when I started at the age of 24.

You need the clomid and get the kind from G R E E C E, not the Balkan Pharm. Trust me on this one.

If you eat a ton of meat fish and whey protein shakes and follow a training schedule which allows ample time for rest and recovery then you should achieve stellar results at those dosages.

Your proposed cycle is a bit long my friend. I never cycle past three months anymore. You may want to consider hcg to run during your cycle to keep your testes up and running and prevent shrinkage.

These guys are just trying to give you the best advice possible for your situation bro. Ive been known to be a bit liberal with giving advice to those who really could gain more weight naturally.

You are gonna need more than one day off.

Actually Im going to try that sticky in the newbie section someone suggested. And I wont be dieting back down to 160 instantly, i will have time to get back down to it. And I will most likely keep a log of it with pics and blood test for everyone.

Hey tdizzle, don't hate. Not all of us early-20s guys are retarded. This kid has obviously done at least a little research; even if he's not really going into the cycle with a great set-up at least he has some knowledge in his head. There are some older guys who come here with even less... it's not really a factor of age, just of mental maturity.

Oh, I didn't even read his post...just skimmed through to his stats and age, his knowledge could be overwhelming, just too young to be running A.A.S. with so much free test kicking around in his body...IMO

I understand where you're coming from tdizzle, and I can respect it, even if I disagree on principle. In practice, you are correct, but I fail to see a problem as long as the guy has a thorough understanding of the pros, the cons, and how and why it all works. Early-20s have high test, yeah, but it is insignificant in comparison to supraphysiological levels induced by even a light Test-E cycle (500mg/wk).

I won't defend OP blindly, he's a big boy and capable of doing that on his own... just doing my part to shatter stereotypes I guess.. hah.. time for me to quit hijacking the thread I think.

I think that tdizzles point is that you are not ready when you are 20. I am not talking about if you are finished growing. I am talking about maturity, be it physical, mental, or emotional. I realize that everyone is different and people mature at the different rates, but I have never met 20 a year old who was mature enough in all aspects. Your body produces hormones in certain ratios during you teens and early twenties to take you through changes and you become a man in every regard. By altering that ratio during that time you are risking something much greater than your eventual height. You could permenantly alter you level of mental or emotional development as well.

But what do I know. I am just an old fart trying to be twenty again....

You're right in many ways unclevername, maybe I will start a thread on the issue in a little while. You bring up some valid points that I would like to address but I do not have time right this sec... should be cramming for my goddamn analytical geometry test... but yeah, your concern and the points you raise are very real issues and are worth being taken alongside other considerations as well. I will leave you with that until I get a chance to respond to them. So yeah... apologies once again for hijacking the thread.

Like one said you should meet all you natural growth potential !!! Diet is everything in this game, if you do not have that down you don't have SHIT !!! I am 49 and an told I look hafe my age, I did not do my first cycle till I was 30 !!! I get my advice from a national level competitor. Knoldge and being honest with yourself wins this game !!

I will be running this cycle, with a log, hopefully in around 2-3 weeks. Will follow some advice on here and do the rest the way I want to. Hopefully Ill make some very good gains and get my body a little harder.

You still got a lot to learn son.Get your training and diet right before you use AAS.Six days a week is overtraining.E.O.D .would be better.And i doubt you eat 500g of protein a day.

I know this is an old thread, but I had to add to it.

If you plan on competing LW at 155lbs, and in a sanctioned event...you may want to think twice about using EQ. You won't pass a drug test for about 18 months or so. At 5'7 LW is DEFINITELY the weight class to stick to, but what good is your weight when the ISCF suspends you? It's already hard enough to compete professionaly in GA and NC.

Just saying, be careful.
