Hi I have been going to the gym for almost a year nowand Iam not even close to my goals I set before I started.I weigh 200Lbs , six foot one with about 14% body fat.I work out four times a week for about one hour.When I started working out lifting 180Lbs .Now only lifting 205Lbs . Goal is 300 to 350 with rock hard abs..also run on the tread mill 2 miles every work out.Drink two protien shakes daily with low fat milk.Needs sume help on what to take ,dont like needles,and for how long .how long after taking should I see improvmentTHANKS FOR YOUR TIME FLBOY

Honestly bro I think you're taking the easy way out. I'm sure you prob heard this one before, if you're too pussy for needles, you're too pussy for AAS. IMO a first cycle should always be a test only cycle

I'll bump A on that one, oral onlys are hell on the liver!!! You have to get over your phobia of needles!! If not just stick with anavar 30-40mg/ED, stacked with Creatine for a 10 week cycle.

First Cycle
Wk1-12 500mg Test E Every week Split doses(250mg MOnday,250mgThurs)
Wk1-4 Dbol 30mg ED
Prob a gain of around 25-30lbs if it is your first cycle

Are you saying that you want to be 300-350 lbs. with rock hard abs? 350 lbs. at 6' 1" would be enormous. I mean I am 6' 5.5" and if I was 350 lbs. with hard rock abs I would scare the crap out of myself.
Face your fears because you are going to need the needles if you wish to be that huge.

Which are you trying to do, lose fat or build muscle? Both cannot be done at the same time because one requires a calorie deficit and the other a calorie surplus. This means that running 3.2km each workout is stopping you from gaining the muscle you want. Cut it out of you workouts.
Dont listen to the bias on this or any other board; oral cycles are not wastes. Look into either oxandrolone, truinabol or methandrostenolone. There is quite alot of evidence to support a Dbol-only cycle. Most people take larger-than-nessisary doses of Dbol and experience blaoting from it, and thus non-perminant gains. Taking low doses, such as those originally perscribed by Ciba when they first released it (that would be 5 - 10mgs) can have a huge effect with minimal if any bloat, so the gains would be solid.
There is actualy a thread over at steroids.com where a guy ran the following cycle and experienced gains of 8 - 10lbs. After a month, he claims to have not lost anything. This man didnt use PCT because he wanted to see just how keepable the gains were.
wee 1: 35mg ED
wee 2 and 3: 20mgs ED
week 4: 10mgs
i also mentioned Tbol because higher doses could be taken without experiencing bloat so it gives good, solid gains. 40 - 60mgs ED should be enough

Going to disagree and agree. 1) an oral only cycle can have keepable gains especially with proper PCT (anavar, turnibol, winny) and it has been proven pretty much by pro hormones. 2) if you don't think you can bulk and cut at the same time, you never ran 1500mg of test and 500mg of parabolan with 50mg winny daily. 3) you will not be 300lbs ripped with only oral products, because that would fuck up your insides to a point of no return before you reach the goal.

What he is talking about is that he wants to lift 300 to 350 lbs (bench press) and he wants rock hard abs. He is only lifting 205 now. I misread :confused: it too the first time I read it.

No one really "likes" the needles...it is the result that becomes addictive!! :D Your form can have a great effect with your strength. If you have poor form when executing your lift, you will not achieve much gain.

Dude seriously get someone to do it for you the first time, someone you trust of course... but it don't hurt at all... i don't like needles much either... my first inject. was thurs. of last week... trust my its well worth it, and on the plus side it doesn't distroy your liver..
