I am in the middle of my first cycle where I'm taking 40 anavar a day and 500 test en a week....I want to place my post cycle order...what exactly should I order and for how long should I take them...also I was tols that after this cycle 4-5 weeks of wiiny with test en wouldn't hurt before stating my post cycle therapy...please advise

i think with a forum called "post cycle therapy" there should be enough information in there to answer all of your questions about how long and what to use. besides, that information is readily available all over the internet, your second statement makes no sense at all: after the cycle start gear again before pct? what in the helll does that mean??

I'm sorry...I meant that the last 4 weeks of my cycle, to add winny to the cycle....

For PCT you will need Clomid and Nolvadex for 3 weeks:
Clomid 100mgwk1, 50mgwk2, 50mgwk3
Nolva 40mgwk1, 30mg wk2, 20mgwk3

this is probably a dumb question,when you say 100mgwk1 do you mean that you should take 100mg a day or 100 mg for the week,thanks for your help
