like I said before...I'm taking 40 anavar a day and 500 test en a week...should the a-dex be taken during the cycle and I thought the nolva was to be taken after the cycle...also when I'm placing the order...I heard winny at the end of this cycle is good..please advise

Save the nolv for pct unless you get signs of Gyno, you should be fine. the .25mg of a-dex a day will keep away water retention and estrogen until you start pct with the nolv. I personnaly dont use a-dex unless im using alot more tes and someting harder then anavar (like say anadrol or halo) but then agin im not prone to gyno. :D

ive never heard of anyone getting gyno of 500mg test per week
there really is no point in taking nolvadex unless your nipples get puffy or tingley or sore or feel wierd or so on

i think var is good to take after a cycle and winstrol is good during a cycle, the var will help keep your strength up after the cycle
i dont really see your estrogen levels getting to high of 500 mg test per week,. arimidex isnt cheap and should be used as needed
