I am on a new cycle...taking 40 anavar day....500 testen a day...now...I had a few suggestions to add diff things....pct,a-dex,tren,and clen....can someone please tell me what each will do...and which I should add to the anavar and test...thank you

you are taking 500mg of test enthanate a day????? or do you mean a week??? I hope you mean per week....if not make it per week...that would be waay toooo much for a first cycle....I would just add in some a-dex EOD and get some nolva or clomid for PCT

my opinion is that you're starting off with too much. 500 is something you should save for later down the road. 250 a week will get you noticably pleasant results and give your body and brain a chance to adapt to it. the anavar is fine as long as the pills are high dose. more pills you have to stick in you is hard on liver. I would recomend you stick with 250 for at least 3 cycles and I would recomend sust over test for the beginner and after your run with anavar, I'd go with dbol on your next stack and then give anadrol a try. After that you could kick things up a notch with winny and jumping to 500 on your weekly test e. This way your prolonging your body's ability to build a tolerance for the gear, where you will need higher doses to get the affect. jack your shit up now in the beginning and it's gonna cost you more in the long run. I know you're in a hurry to blow up but if you don't slow down and do it right you're heading for disaster. I don't understand how you could even think about sticking something in your body when you know almost nothing about it. If I handed you a needle and said here shoot this in your ass you'd do it without question- you're not a man you're a robot.
I met a guy who got ripped off and luckily he didn't get fucked up doing just what you're doing. the guy he thought was his pal was selling the shit to him for enough to buy his own and never even told him about PCT or anti est. He was jacking anadrol 100mg a day and nandro 250 a week and yeh he was seeing the pump, but then his buddy bailed on him. His buddy had insisted on keeping the gear at his house, so all of the sudden this poor guy can't get ahold of his gym rat buddy to get his shot and had no way to PCT. He's lucky he's not a bitch now. hey man if you listen, then you listen but if you don't it's on you, I tried to help you and that's the best I can do. I don't know the guy who's helping you with your gear but if i were you I'd have to ask myself why would this guy risk getting his ass thrown in jail helping me out and at the same time not educating about what the fuck I'm using. Maybe I'm the only guy here who gives a shit about using your fucking grape for something other than a hat rack because apparently no one else is trying to cool your jets.
