I want to bulk and want the best gains possible.
I'm 27 6'4" 190 lbs. I have around 7% bodyfat. This is my first cycle. I workout about 30-40 mins a day working a different muscle group everyday. I was thinking maybe doing two bulking cycles, then a cutting cycle. Also is there any different method of training I should use for best results during cycles. Here is what I was looking at for a first cycle. Is there anything here thats overkill, anything I should add, take away etc. I have read a lot, but this is my first cycle and want to do it right and get the best result possible. So please be as detailed as possible. I want to retain as much of my gain as possible after my cycle ends.
Dianabol wk 1-6 50mg ED
Deca wk 1-12 250mg a week
Test Enanthate wk 1-12 500mg a week
Clomid 50mg ED
Nolvadex 20mg ED

number one what are the #'s on your diet, i see that you eat 4000 calories but what about protein and carbs and so forth. did you just start on this diet, i would think that if you are eating 4000 calories everyday you would be a lot bigger than 190 for being 6'4. to get "goddamn big" will take many years of experience, no one cycle is going to put that much muscle on you. if you have read a lot like you say then you should have an idea of what you want to do and not need to know how long and how much of this and that. please re-write your cycle as in weeks and dosage rather than making a list of how many amps and tabs your going to buy so we can have a better understanding of what you are wanting to do. then we can help

For a first cycle I would do this-
Wk1-4 Dbol 30-50mg ED
Wk1-12 Test E 500mg Wk Split doses (250mg one day/250mg another)
Nolva 40,40,20,20

I would buy some CytoSport Cytogainer and recommend taking 3 shakes a day with 2 cups of low-fat milk and then what ever clean calories that is high in protein and while mixing in quick and slow digesting carbs you can eat up until 7:00 p.m, then switch to lean proteins and EFA's for you remaining meal/meals. The three shakes alone should put you around 2700 calories..

Remember when trying to bulk it is not going to be all that pretty, but as long as you do cardio 3 times a week @ 45 minutes (if possible)... then you should not have a problem with looking real fat; you should have a look that shows you are shaped but just thick... Then a good 6-8 wk cut cycle!

Calories will be the most important part of gain mass, and since you said that you work 50 hours a week, MRP will have to be a big part in your diet.... But, here I am going to give you a little secret on what also helps puts on MASS...And that is to do DEADLIFTS, THIS WILL GIVE YOU THE MOST AWESOME, THICK LOOK POSSIBLE from your ankles to your jaw... Strength is what gets you there, along with time, it won't happen overnight!!



Do all three of your core exercises (Deadlifts, Bench Press, and Squat) and you will see results, but don't cheat a day, if you can't workout on a day for that particular body part, then do it the following day..



you should only be using shakes/MRP when you HAVE TO...not just to get the calories in...you need to be eating as much clean food as you can...and good carbs/fats/protein....you can obviously cheat a lot more bulking...but don't base your diet off fast food etc

Bump the Deca up to 400mg wk, and add some Arimidex (0.25-0.50mg) daily thru cycle.

my first cycle was:

test e for 12 weeks
eq for 12 weeks
week 1-5 oxydrol 50mg ed
week 7-12 50mg winny tabs ed
i got great results from this i gained about 25 pounds and then winny cut me up very nice and my mucles were very hard at the end of my cycle. my boy is about to do the same cycle without the drol i think he will be very happy
