Thanks bro, got a new addition to the family and been rehabilitating my knee for the last few months. I'm finally starting to get back to my old self again even though the schedule is pretty tight.

Thanks a lot fellas. It's been a rough last few months but all is going good again. Rehab on the knee is awesome and I hit my goal of walking on my own two feet with no support. I told Ironfreak a while back when I was worried about never walking without support again that it was okay cause I'd be the only crazy mf in the gym doin one legged squats. Its good to be back.
