I tried VAR and I experienced, Lean gains, vascularity not much though and some fat loss......its not as extreme in the fat loss department if ur diets shit.....but i did lose 2% (%13 to %10)in a month and a half, with a normal diet


The gains were the best part, as they were solid.....I call it a SUPER CREATINE lol

i have just received my bp var and had to try them...now i have a running stock of var on hand but like i said i had to try my bp var...well at first i will say the "packaging needed some tlc" i was also saying to myself wait a minute these sure are pretty damn hard for an AA well about an hour later i was pretty relieved i could feel them in my stomach as var leaves a distinct sign in my stomach and that i usually feel nauseated

btw this is my first addition to the alinboard community

I think I'm the only person on this board that likes A-bombs the best. I did just pick up 600 Tbol from Alin though and I got plenty of Var from BD. I believe in being well prepared for things, so I pretty much have every type of gear that Alin sells on hand.

I like not to run any oral longer than 4 weeks, i have topped out var dosage at 70 mg, the key imo to a var cycle is not to set too high of an expectation...also if i were looking for strength gains from an oral only cycle i would stack it with something else

my favorite use of var is on a calorie def diet. and that is where my expectations end with it

Wouldn't a bridge with Var keep your HPTA shut down? It is my understanding that any AAS dosage large enough to give effect, is going to shut you down.

mehhh fuk it... id use some test thow 100-200mg ew to bridge thow. as var even thow mild can alter your cholesterol so id use low dose test for bridg and maybe 100mg deca ew.

yes it would keep you shut down.
