Hello,
I stand about 5'10" and began weight training about two years ago weighing about 150-155 and currently wake up around 160. I've done about 3-4 different cycles in the past (Deca, Dbol, Test, EQ) and over that period of time I reached as high as 185 but unfortunately lost the gains each time.
Maybe I wasn't training hard enough, or taking in enough protein/calories but this time I plan on making it count!!! I've decided to stay away from Test because both times I ran it my back broke out really bad so I'm looking for suggestions on a good non-test bulking cycle to run for about 8 weeks and if you could also recommend a good PCT for during/after that would be very helpful!!

You want a non-test bulk cycle ? Well alot of compounds require
test to avoid sexual side effects. So that eliminates alot, of options.
At what dose was you using the test ?

I see what you mean about Test being a corner stone of most cycles, I was thinking about perhaps a Deca/DBol cycles? I was taking about 2 cc's week of T300 last cycle.

weeks 1-4...dbol, 50mgs ed, divided up in 3 doses....weeks 1-14 test e or test cyp, divided into 2 doses, monday n thursday...weeks 1-12, equipoise, divided into 2 doses 400mgs weekly, monday n thursday, administered in the same pin as the test e.....weeks 17-19, tamoxifen...week 1, 40mgs ed...week 2, 30mgs ed...week 3, 20mgs ed.......weeks 17-19, clomiphene...week 1, 100 ed....week 2, 50 ed..week 3, 50 mgs ed.......basic meat n potatos bulking cycle for adding up to 25 lbs of lean body mass..........

So you have run four cycles and have a net gain of zero pounds?:eek:
please take a moment and lay out the last cycle you did, including PCT. And provide a quick diet snapshot: calories/carbs/protein.
"something" is way off the mark bro.

Ive done 400mg week of deca for 12 weeks, and 40mg of dbol a day for 4weeks,and kept 15lbs,and still got some spots. Test and deca is better,i had acne with last 2 cycles,but not with this one...You might not get it next time.If you do go to the doc when the cycle finishes,and get some Amoxicillin.

I agree.. How did you only gain 5lbs over a two year period off of four cycles...? Something is definately way off.... How were you eating? What was you lifting schedule like? You need to dial in your program and diet if you plan on gaining any weight..

In the old days, Deca/D-bol cycle was ok, because they ran the d-bol
10+ wks also. We now know, that d-bol is way to toxic to the liver to
be running 10+ wks. Max is 4-6 wks at a stretch. So that cycle is no
longer used by educated, Meat heads. :D
So you were using 600mg wk. Yup thats enough to break you out.
You can use low doses of test with other compounds, and still bulk.
Thus cutting down on some of the androgenic side effects. Has hair
started sprouting out on your back yet? :D (yes im serious)

Ok, I'm 5'10", 160 lbs and 36 years old (getting up there, I know...lol) and I suppose there are a few reason as to why I've been unsuccessful in maintaining any of my gains throughout my past cycles. Yes, I'm involved in a cardio intensive sport and I may not always have been getting enough sleep, eating right and worse of all I've never really done a proper PCT coming off of any of the cycles!!
I know this truth leaves me open to ridicule so I ask for your patience and understaing, I can only attribute it to utter stupidity as I honestly couldn't even tell you exactly what the combinations were, the doses taken and/or durations I took them for. This time however, I'm absolutly, positively going to accumulate all of the advice and information I can from you guys here before getting started so I can put together a great cycle this time around and I really do appreciate your help!! I found that after my divorce, and being awarded full custody of my two sons that life was a little crazy when I had first begun using gear but now I'm focused and ready to train as much and as hard as possible!! :)
I generally hit the gym Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (because I get off a bit early on those days so I can still pick up my sons on time) and then I squeeze one day in on the weekend. Genereally speaking I'm pretty toned right now with about a 13% body fat content. Historically I haven't kept track of the weight I'm pressing on any given exercise so I feel that I've likely just been repeating the same weight weekly, a weight that requires exertion on my part but weight that I'm able to do 10-12 reps/3 sets of on my own as I do not have a spot to work with.
While on a cycle what should my calories/carbs/protein intake be??
Yes, I did notice a couple hairs sprouting out on the back, lol....but mostly just the acne which is still an issue for me more than six months after my last cycle. I suppose I'd consider perhaps using a low dose of whichever test you recommend this time in a stack if feel that would be vital in me building and maintaining some bulk. The cycle flatblack laid out looks interesting but quite complex, what dose of test do you recommend? BB Monad's cycle looks interesting too because it's a bit more simple but could I reduce the test dosage?

as you say meat and potatoe bulking cycle....I`d run sus as test. as its got 4 different esters, imo

ha, i did see that i missed putting in the Test weekly dosage...500mgs per week, 250mgs monday....250mgs again on thursday...if u look closely, my cycle suggestion is pretty much the same as BB monad but his cycle is written more simply as i cant seem to get my cursor to go where i want in order to stack the info more concisely...good luck

Thanks alot for everything guys, so I'm looking at Flatblack's cycle but I was wondering if anyone can suggest a lessened dosage of the Dbol and Test to take instead? Also, what kind of test should I use? Also, I haven't heard of either of the PCT's mentioned; is that the right stuff to go with?

Tamoxifen
Weeks 17-19 (Week 1 - 40mgs ed, Week 2, - 30mgs ed, Week 3 - 20mgs ed)

That cycle looks good,you could use 30mg of dbol a day,or drop it altogether. But keep the test the same..

That cycle looks good,you could use 30mg of dbol a day,or drop it altogether. But keep the test the same..
Just 30mg of Dbol goes a long way. Its usually recommended you run test E for beginner cycles.

Well i don't have test, but i have sust, have enough to run 2 ten week cycles at 500mg/week. And enough Eq to run 2 10 weeks cycles at 400mg week. And plenty of dbol- can do 50mg a day.
Also have lots of nolva and clomid for pct

ha, well sus250 is test u know that right?...it has 4 differently estered tests combined to make 1 compound...but anyway, u can run sus for 10 weeks but i prefer longer cycles myself...i might run it like this:
1-14 sus 250mgs E3rd day
1-12 EQ 200mgs mon-thurs
1-4 dbol 40 mgs daily
that can be tweaked n run a couple other ways, but thats a decent cycle.................

Okay well I have one suggestion. Take up weight gainers if you can, eat better, and the cycle to suggest, try a smaller one and eat more.. dont get a lot of gear just cause this is your fifth cycle. Patience is a virtue and if you want to get somewhere in this fitness regime and change yourself you must do the follow and it will suck, but be patient like i was. Everyone in here seen the link below to my before and after pics.. I was 5;10 110lbs or something, I ate first, worked out, then supplemented and then dark side central.
1. Start over on the beginners cycle, but this time do Sustanon 250. You may use DBOL for the first 4 weeks, BP dbol is good stuf for the beginner IMO. Run DBOL 50mg for 4 weeks everyday
2. Change your diet, if you are lightweight, go for weight gainers with protein and TONS of calories in it. I did this and in less than two months I was hitting over 25lbs extra and still stayed the same shape but BIGGER. Also eat more too, stay away from light meals and go big.
3. Workout differently as well too. You may not be doing enough in the gym. Always 4-5 sets per exercise as well as the reps make them 12-10-10-8 or go heavy and hit reps for maybe 6-8 reps.. but keep 4-5 sets!! do at least 4 different exercises per muscle group. Hit those muscles once a week. Skip the cardio.
Do this and you will get results. Just start basic and work your way up, cause you can't get to the top if you never started from the bottom. This is your new bottom point, so get up there to the top and make a difference bro. Hope this helped.

wow martek i just scimmed thru your link and nice progress bro...holy shit i used to be as thin as you then i went to college got fat lost weight built up a little bit had surgery on my ankle was on a couch for 4 months and went up to 205 pounds at 5'7" and at that point i should have been like 145-150 hopefully ill make the same progress after my upcoming cycle :D weighing at about 170 now did my bf this morning and im hitting 14% or so the caliper says:confused:

Thanks bro! Yes good work on your progress as well! Gotta love motivation. I hated it when it looked like I could be snapped in half, felt god awful, so then i decided to change my look and eat right and get healthy and it paid off nicely :) My avatar is the way i look currently, it is bigger than when i ended my first cycle as well so im still growing, i didn't keep the gains, I actually went beyond them. :) I will most likely update the link to conclude the finishing touches of the cycle i did, as well as aftermath pics and showing how i not only kept my gains, but i went beyond the gains and kept gaining off cycle. :)
As for my previous post to the OP of this thread, I hope some advice i gave helped out!

what did you run for pct regular clomid nolva...ill be runnin sust and deca with proviron soon finishing off with some winni and start of pct im gonna start 6-8 weeks of igf...hopefully between the winny and igf ill slim down whatever fat ive gained and keep all my hard earnings :cool:

Reg Clomid and Nolva for me. sust and Deca, or Sust and Eq, great stack, you'll love it.

i know i cant fucking wait...i wanted to run eq but my shoulder is a mess just recovered from rotator cuff probs so i chose deca cuz it has really helped my joints before
