If you guys are familiar with bit torrent, type in bodybuilding and narrow the search to books and you'll get a whole library of good stuff!

That depends. If your talking about the file on the TPB site with the extension .torrent, what you need to do is download the torrent and save it somewhere you'll be able to find it. Then open your torrent client and start the download of the book. If you don't have a torrent client, google torrent and read up on them and decide which client you wan to use. There are several good ones, I personally have BitTornado, though there are some beter ones out there. And just a word of advise...these clients are available for free. If you come to one thaat you want and they try to charge you, just move along to the next one. Later,
