You can do either once week, or twice week.

That is my husbands favorite cycle. He likes to front end load. What that means is, say you are doing 500mg/w of test Ent thats has a 2 week half life.
W1 500 (He will do about 750 to a 1000)
W2 500 + 500 still in your system = 1000mg blood level
W3 500 + 500 and so on

By front end loading (if you have enough) you get your blood concentration levels up quicker

The drop off will be the same way.
You will have 1000 in your system after your last shot then 500 then nothing.

If you shot twice a week there is a little more math to track your levels but you get the point. I'm not saying to shoot once a week, just wanted you to think about it in a little more detail.
