you can find them on the internet, or a local health store, please dont go to GNC, i hate that freakin place, at least where i live the people that work there havent a clue about whats going on. i walked in there one day and this woman was like you should try whey protein for building muscle!? ummm thanks for the new advice! and also i think they are running a monopoly, if you were to tally up all products in the store, i bet 60-70% are GNC brand. wheras the local store where i go they dont have any store brand products.

I agree with you on the monopoly, however thats the country we live in where the big business dominate. I go to GNC because I have a friend that works there and he gives me anything I want at "stupid discounts". In Manhattan you cant go anywhere without there being a bank, pharmacy or a GNC on every corner. There are other places like The Vitaminshop that have some good stuff but GNC has more and they give its members the 20% discount the first 7 days of every month. They(GNC) do have a real nice creatine powder called TRAC with nahd, I used it after my last cycle and it helped me to retain alot of my gains. Synthetek has some good products too, soon I'm going to buy their synthepure I understand its very good.

Just remember that supplements are there to aid in your results. Diet is the big one.

I agree about that one...I only buy a few things from GNC...usually the RTD's because they are so expensive to ship that it's a lot cheaper to go pick them up using the gold card....

I went in one time to buy some of Opt. Nutrition's whey protein that you can cook with...it was like 50 bucks...and then I found it online for like 20.00...that was the last time I even went in to look at a GNC...total rip off...

as for supps... there are sooo many different brands out there...and so many different opinions...i myself get all my flax, fish etc from walmart...it's the cheapest that I can find even on the net...and more convenient....I buy some things from vitaminshoppe.com and some from advantagesupplements.com out of houston...just because they UPS and it takes like a day to get whey protein etc from them....plus they are competively cheaper...

when I order off the net I take everything into consideration...price per quantity and shipping also....some people forget about shipping...and you have places like bodybuilding.com that charge per item...you wind up paying 30.00 for shipping on a couple items....

I stick with all beverly international shit, they are a lil more expensive then some brands but they are totally worth it... their BCAA's are top noch, their protien is almost unbeatable (close 2nd place by VP2)... im through and through a Bev Int supporter

and I buy all my products from DPS nutrition, they are the cheapest, fastest and best suppliment supplier I have seen on the internet.

If you're talking about vpx prohormones, don't waste the money, get the real deal, it's cheaper and a hell of a lot better. They are both illegal in the US now so why not break the law for something worth doing.
