I need help with my second cycle.
I want a cycle where im not shooting more than twoce or three times a week, but i want noticable gains. I want people to really wonder if i am on something. I want to put on some lean muscle. Please hook me up with some info on what you think. thanks

Bro, I want to help you but you didnt give me any info @ all on where you are... give me some stats... give me whats listed below and I can help you put together a cycle.

we need to know basic info like this because its very important to help answer your questions, if someone gives you advice without knowing this I wouldnt personally listen to them, its like saying that the same diet and exercise routine will work for a guy that 270lbs of lean muscle as it would for a guy thats 170lbs and fat. Listen, provied us with basic info and we can help you alot more!

if you give us your stats... it makes it alot easier to give you cycle, diet and workout advice.

training since i was 15
most body parts i do one day a week and sometimes twice i lift 5 or 6 days a week hard.

not real sure maybee somethin with some sustanon or some other test at the base of it but i dont know what else to roll with

I dunno bro if your trying to lean up when you might want to do a cutter/bulk sort of cycle... and stay away from basic bulkers that you listed. what type of experience do you have with gear? How many cycles have you done... what kind of cycles? If your a total newb we can start you off small with some great shit that will give you rock hard lean gains and shred some fat off of you... if you a little more experienced we can toss some tren in... little more info and well be set to really help you out.

Also your diet will have to change drastically, I can lay out a complete one for you... also your exercise plan will have to change if you want the best results from the final cycle we decide on. I can help you with all of this once I get a lil more info.

Ill give you an example... on my most recent cycle I tossed on 18lbs of lean gains in 5 weeks while cutting 2% of my bf.. because I set up my cycle perfectly, dieted properly and worked out properly... I can garantee you good results if you help me out with all the info I need

this will be the second i did test ent. 10 weeks 500 mg and winny 6 weeks 50 mg a day


i want to put on some bulk but shed the fat like you said.

I had a friend use this cycle for 6 weeks, he went from 195-222
thats a 27 pound gain, we measured him in the beginning, mid cycle and post cycle and his bf% levels were the same @ the end of the cycle as when he began... his calorie intake was enormous 5500 calories, 6meals a day not skipping any meals, 450-500 grams of protien a day. After his cycle his strength continued to jump like he had never been off of it, it was insane. If you wanted to put on a decent amount of muscle and lose fat you could simply cut down the calorie intake and the prop would shred some fat off of you. Also he only did cardio about once a week, if you stepped yours up too 2 times a week interval sprints it would do wonder.

Oh, and as far as side effects go........he got NO acne (...and he is acne prone), his bp stayed the same as pre-cycle, minimal testicular shrinkage, and no headaches, fevers, or anything like that. Just feeling good all the time.

After 6 weeks off cycle he retained 21 pounds of lean muscle... which is a beautiful gain in 6 weeks
