Well a couple of weeks ago i ordered a bottle of Synthelesen and Synthetine and they never showed up which is probably due to our awful postal service here in the UK, anyway i contacted Synthetek and within 24 hours they had replied and stated they were going to reship the products!!And 3 days later i have them in my hand!

You MUST try their SynthePURE. I live by it. Best protein in the world. Daily I also take Synthergine and the B12 even when off cycle for general health.

I'll look into it. I have settled into Myoplex shakes which I kind of like the taste of. I don't think the quality is TOO bad...but I am still a long way off from knowing what makes one, "quality" of protein better than another...

I think it is the filling agents, carbs and sugars in the other stuff that puts me off...What I like about the synthepure is pretty much tasteless...I use a tiny bit of water, a banana and 5 scoops and it takes like thick creamy banana smoothy. You can also add it to food, spoon it into an omlete, it takes heat so can add a whack of protein to a smaller meal without it always being a shake....

And ALSO remember that it HAS to be potent, coz I dont take ANY steroids, and my staff who make me shakes ALL day can SEE that it works!!! :-)

The easiest way to tell whether a protein powder is quality or not is this: if it's quality, you should get NO bloat, NO gas, NO water retention, NO digestion problems. If you get any of the above, then it's the fillers in the powder, regardless if they are listed or not on the label.

I would like to try something different. I am tired of experimenting cause it's a waste of money.

The shakes I am making with it now are out of this world - 6 oz of liquid egg; 1 oz of suger free coffeeMate (flavor of choice); 3 oz of 2% Milk; 1 heeped scoop of Synthepure - mix w/ blender and place in Fridge for 2 hrs (to allow air bubbles to dissapait). This gives somewhere over 50 gr of High Quality Protein, Less than 6 carbs, in a great tasting shake mix. I always mix my next shake as soon as I finish one. I started a thread about Synthepure last week looking for mixes and recipes but didn't get much response. I would still love to see some of you guys ideas - so I will bump it back up since there is now some interest. Also take a look over at PM - They have tons of ideas on how to use it. Guys - this stuff is the best - 100% isolates - no fillers - no gainers - just what you are looking for!

Spot on for the BUMP. I sent some liver protectant to my mom (she is going through Chemeo) and it never arrived. I contacted Synthetek yesterday, and within 24 hours, they sent another shipment via courier. I went ahead and ordered myself four more bottles for me too. 1. If you were experiencing all that crap it must have been real shit quality
2. Was protein your only food? Instead of trying to guess whether or not it was
the protein, take not of everything you are eating and add up the calories.
