Hey guys. Im gonna give you my stats then im gonna ask your advice to reach my goal. 25, 5'9", 157, Good amount of muscle. I work out 5 days a week and am in good shape. Better than average i would think. Very good stamina, and am able to work out for 1-2 hours a day without to much trouble. So just to let you know im no newbie to working out, and really do not think i would get hurt, but i have never done a cycle. Just creatine, nitric oxcide that kind of stuff. But right now im just on CE2 and that is it. Here is the problem, i do not have the metabolism that i had back in highschool and college. I really do not have much fat on me, but the fat i do have on me is a real pain in the ass. On my abs and my ass i have just a small pinch of fat, but you can really tell that it is there. And i hate it, im sure some of you guys know what i mean. So here is the queston, what kind of cycle should i get to help me with this, to get rid of this little bit of fat and get cut up. Money is not really an issue so dont worry about that. Im not rich but do well for myself. Also if there is something that could be thrown in there to give me a little bit of lean mass added if that would even be possible. Please help guys. Also please be in depth, products, how long to take, inject or orally take. when and where to take. I just need in depth if possible, remember that im new to this. Thanks so much.

i suggest 400mg equipoise with 50mg winstrol daily for your steroids, clenbuterol to help with fat loss. im not going to tell you how they work and all that other stuff as you should be the one to do that, read as much as you can, do searches on these substances.

what's your diet like? 70% of bodybuilding is your diet....the rest is supps and workouts....also how much what type of cardio do you do?

totally agree. i try to allow myself 1 cheat meal a week, boy do i love that :D

yeah I love to do that as well...righ tnow they are far and few inbetween...just high carb days every 10 days or so.......

Sounds like you need more work on your diet than anything... there are some people that have areas of fat that really never decrease because of their genetics... ive known people that have had to get mesotherapy or lipo because of a certain area that wouldnt burn fat... I even had a friend @8%bf that still had love handles... sometimes your genetics just dont burn a certain area... if you wanted to try adding sups I would do 50mg win ed with t3 for 6weeks stacked with clenbuteral 2weeks on 2 weeks off... but ide seriously check out my diet before I resorted to gear for a situation like yours

i agree with this also through in 500 mg of test a week and what no talk of tren turn that dam fat into muscle then no worries :o
1-12 500mg test ent weekly
1-12 400mg eq weekly (note* I would take this in 2 seperate injections 200 mg on monday and 200 mg on thursday)
8-12 50 mg winny every day (oral)
1-12 75 mg tren every other day (note* this shit will shut you down when your done if you dont no what your doing so reserch it for post cycle theropy)

Well guys, what can i say. Maybe you looking for me to say that i have a shitty diet, but that is not the case. Relatively low carbs, high protein 150-200g per day. Remember, im not trying to get massive, but do want to be ripped and in damn good shape. My calorie intake is nothing outragious or anything about 2000-2800 a day, which in my case would be kinda low for how much i work out. So im confused as fuck. I guess i could lower the calorie intake a little but i have done that before with not success. My cardio is fairly good, about 3 days a week at 50min. on the bike. So this is my next try. Hopefully this will do the trick. I looked at what some of you guys wrote and found this cycle. I researched all of the following and it looked like a good cutting/lean mass cycle. If some of you guys that know what the hell they are doing when it comes to this stuff "unlike me" could help out, mabe take something out, or add something. Ajust dosages or whatever you think. Well anyway, tell me what you think.



WEEKS 1- 6: Winstrol 50mg Every Other Day
WEEKS 1- 6: Trenabol 75mg Every Other Day
WEEKS 1- 6: Cytomel(T3)50-75mcg Every Day
WEEKS 1- 8: Testosterone Propionate 50mg Every Other Day

WEEKS 1- 8: Pregnyl ( HCG) 300-500iu Every 4-5 days
WEEKS 1-10: Clenbuterol 80-100mcg 14 days ON, 14 days OFF
WEEKS 1-10: Arimidex 0.25mg Every day

WEEK 8: 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 9: 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 10: 20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day

what is your training like....ie cardio/weight training....specifics...not just mon chest, tues back...etc...

if you are not doing enough cardio this could be your problem too not just your diet...you say you are eating low carbs...what is your meal plan????

I would really count out my intake, includeing condements, alot of people dont count those and take in tons of sodium and calories and carbs wihtout even realizing it. Have you tried doing interval running? It lets you keep your heartrate and metabolizm up without expending as much energy and straight up spriting for the entire time. Anyways to answer your question are you new to gear because tren is not something for a newbie to mess around with, even 75mg's... its much more for novices and pro's..... and if you dont know how to use and use it right it can really mess you up.

How exactly does tren mess you up? And what is so hard about taking it? If i could not follow instructions i would not mess with gear anyway.

it is very taxing on your system...if you don't have everything going good before you start taking it...it really taxes your nervous system so to speak...

but like i said before there is no gear that you are going to try that is going to just "BAM" make you ripped...it's a lot of hard work...both in and out of the gym

bod...I'm going to have to disagree a little bit on condiments...unless you are counting like dressing ans stuff....cuz ketchup, bbq, sauce, mustard, a-1 etc...are no problem i mean obviously you dont' want to use half a bottle of bbq sauce with your chicken....but a couple table spoons at each meal aren't going to kill your diet...if you are going for a show...that will obviously have to change towards the end of the diet...

Bumping malibu, it can really mess you up psycologically even, thats why parabolin disapeared off of the market for some time... I absolutely love tren, its probably one of the most amazing compounds ive used... I have some on order as we speak, but if your new to gear it is nothing to play with you ahve to really know yourself and know your gear and have experience before you mess with it...

its like trying to run before you have learned how to walk.

if that's the case then i retract my previous statement and totally agree....a little light italian on salads is cool...but not the fattening ranches etc..
