This is a question for experienced bulkers...
Do you get pain that feels to deep that you think it is in your bones?
My husband is bulking right now, dbol, sust and deca. It is the middle of the cycle. He is growing fast and feeling great...but he said that it feels like his bones are are bruised or something.
It's not like the muscle soreness that you typically get.
So I am wondering if he is lacking in something nutritionally or if he is just over doing it. He eats lots and lots of meat and veggies and supplements with protein bars and drinks. He is loaded with aminos and multi paks. He has only taken about two day off a week for the last four weeks.
Any suggestions...

is it just the bones or joints? i have to take a lot of Vit C and glucosamine...plus I take flax/fish oils to help lubricate the joints. What is he eating exactly and how often??? he should be eating every 2-3 hours....what are his stats??? that will depend on how much carbs/protein he
should be consuming....and good carbs and lean protein to build mass...tell him to not supplement so much with the protein bars/drinks...he needs to eat good food as much as possible...if he can't eat that often...then eat bigger meals...and try to each maybe every 4 hours.....and if he adds some more good fats to his meals...it will slow digestion down a little bit and it will be better for him...just cuz he feels hungry doesn't mean he needs to eat....
is he doing any type of cardio? What type of workouts??? I'm assuming that he's taking about 30mg of d-bol a day...and about 500mg of deca/sust a week? or is he taking more than that??? also is he taking any anti e's????
there's sooo many things that it could be....not drinking enough water...try to provide some more info..and we'll try and help out

stats are 36 years old, 274 pounds half way through cycle, started at 256, biceps 19", chest 56" waist 36", not sure about body fat...approx 13%. we know all too well about diet and supplements, so that is in check...
yes to cardio, workouts are hard and heavy...but doesn't seem intentional, strength gains are awesome which means the heavier weight pushes out better...30mg dbol daily, 500 deca weekly, 750 sust weekly, nolv and hcg
last week he had a lot of sinus pressure and congestion...maybe that had something to do with it too...just not sure

I don't think the weight is excessive...but I don't think he counts reps...just goes to failure...I think

what about vitamins etc? is he taking any of those...If not start him out on 1000 mg of vit C 3 times a day, and 3 servings of glucosimine chondroiton....give it at least a week of this to see if his symptoms change...

supplementing vitamins, aminos, msm, glucosamine, chondroitin, flax, among other stacks for four years...
first cycle was last year, EQ w/proviron...so this current cycle is only the second one...still a novice I guess...learning as we go.
Although everyone reacts to gear differently, there seem to be a lot of the same effects and reactions overall. ;)
