*I AM AFRAID TO GUESS. ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO I WAS AT 9%. NOW, I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH 12-15%

*12-15% BODYFAT
**LOSE WEIGHT FROM 250 POUNDS TO ABOUT 210 POUNDS
***PUT ON A LITTLE MUSCLE...TAKE OFF FAT...GET HARDER AND SHAPE UP ALL OVER.

*I HAVE NOT STARTED A SPECIAL DIET YET. I USE TO OWN A CANDY STORE WHILE I WAS IN THE FILM BUSINESS. I DEVELOPED A REAL BAD SWEET TOOTH FROM MAKING CHOCOLATE CANDY ALL DAY LONG FOR 3 YEARS. I AM TRYING TO KICK THE SWEET TOOTH PROBLEM NOW. I STARTED EATING A LOT OF PROTEIN AND VEGY'S AND TO LIMIT MY CARB INTAKE. I LIKE EATING PROTEIN BARS, BUT THEY DO HAVE A FAIRLY HIGH FAT CONTENT PER BAR.

*BEFORE I PUT ALL OF THIS WEIGHT ON...I USE TO WORK OUT FOR ABOUT 25 YEARS. AT TIMES I WOULD WORK OUT 5 DAYS A WEEK FOR 1.5-2 HOURS...THEN I WOULD ALSO DO SOME MAINTENANCE WORK WHICH WAS MORE LIKE 3 DAYS A WEEK FOR 1.5 HOURS. I HAVE A STAIRMASTER AT HOME WHICH I DID 5 DAYS A WEEK.
*I STARTED TAKING HGH (Jintropin) I wanted to get the benefits from this and to also cut down on the recuperation and soreness. I WAS TOLD THAT IF I WERE TO STACK THE HGH WITH 1 OR TWO STEROIDS THAT THIS WILL HELP TO CUT ME UP AND TO BOOST MY ENERGY AND TO GET ME GOING WITH LOSING WEIGHT.
*I ALSO HAD A BLOOD TEST AND EVERYTHING IN MY BODY IS NORMAL EXCEPT THAT MY CHOLESTEROL IS HIGH. LOSING WEIGHT, CHANGING MY DIET AND WORKING OUT SHOULD ALTER THIS PROBLEM. I HOPE THIS INFO HELPS.
