I was talking to one of my brother's friend when he commented on how he runs cycles. He told me he would start with test e for the first ten weeks and add a new compound every 10 to 12 weeks to keep him growing. That way he does not have to increase the dosage of any compound to keep growing.I was curious how long he does this cycle for and hecommented about 40-44 weeks. My question is this not overkill, I notice after a cetain amount of time the gains don't come as fast so why cycle so long? He says he keeps almost all his gains because he runs HCG, nolv, and adex. He use igf-1 during pct and runs it as a bridge until his next cycle. Do you believe this works?

Cycle he is running now

Week 1-44 Test E 500mg a week
Week 11-22 Deca 400mg a week
Week 23-34 Equipoise 600mg a week
Week 35-45 Tren E 400mg a week

He says he bulks on the first half and then cuts on the second half.

The cycle is long and with that length of time ran I cant see how it couldnt work. Just remember your just asking for some serious sides.

1-10 500mg test /w
1-10 350mg deca /w
1-3 30 mg dbol /ed
7-10 50mg winny/ed
13 100mg/clomid/ed
14 50mg/clomid/ed
15 50mg/clomid/ed
have nolvadex on hand
just to get the feel for the gear

If this is your first cycle you have no business running it this long...stay in the 12wk range first go around. After you get a couple or so under your belt if you moved it up to 16wk long cycles this would be fine.

I typically keep mine in the 16-20 wk range...a little longer then some, but for me it's what seems to work best. Right now, I have also begun experimenting with some longer cycles, I'm on the front end of one right now, about 5wks into it and it is 32wks total...I'll post results late this August when it's done.

But again, someone who is still fresh meat should never undertake such a cycle. Use your first cycles as more of a learning experience then anything else. Learn how your body reacts to AAS, both in the positive and negative sense...and yes, there will be some of both. Make sure you've done your homework and research, research, research! After that a bit of trial and error will come in to play, because in my experience AAS can and will affect everyone a little bit differently.

I run it 12-14 weeks tops just so I dont see any sides, then time off the same as time you ran it.

Guys, I am not running this cycle. I just wanted to see what people's opinion was on how this guy ran his stuff. I am running the cycle in my signature right now. I thought his cycle was a waste of gear because it seems that a cycle peaks around week 8-10 for me so I see no purpose to run such a long cycle. I just wanted to get feedback on his theory of running cycles.

personal preference really..some do quite well on such cycles. I think a rest period is needed between cycles.

He's doing an old train of thought that is called bridgeing, you can find information on it if you search enough, the guy that invented it was called Dante... Of coarse he didnt run a 500mg/wk test for the entire cycle... its much more complex and he actually died, so I wouldnt want to follow in his footsteps, the only gear that can really be done for long amounts of time safely is HGH...

Me personally ill stick with the on cycle followed by the same amount of time off, its worked pretty well for me so I have no reason to change it.
