i didnt no where to ask this, because nobody in the help forum is answering.

but i put an order in, and i cant figure out how to let them no the MTCN number. THe instructions say to look for a blinking pending order button, and i cant find it at all. nor can i find a way to send them that information at all.

As soon as you log on you will see a blinking pending order on the top. You can't miss it.

you get your number from wester union, the next time you log in the blinking pending order is at the top of the page. you only have a week however, after placing your order to give them your MTCN number or it will be deleted

what do i e-mail for this help??

and theres no blinking pending order sign at the top. i mean im 100% positive. And i can still c the stuff i ordered in the shopping cart. even tho i checked out and got the name to send the money to and everything.

Hey Bro this happened to me once. Once you place your order a screen comes up and tells you where to send the money. After you get this screen you need to hit a button that says save order, or send order so somethng like that for the order to be placed. If you don't push the button the order disappears.

Here is how to fix it. Place the order again, this time make sure that you get to a screen that says your order hsd duccessfully beeen placed. Don't worry if the name that they give to you send the money to is different than the one that you actually sent the money to. You can fix it later.

After you re-enter the order sign out and sign back in again. The blinking icon will be evident when you sign back in. Click on the blinking icon. This will take you to a screen that has the name of the person they asked you to send the order to. Change the name to the one that they gave to you the first time and enter the MCTN.

Don't worry, I did this once and the order came off without a hitch.

I would also email them and let them know what you did. Make sure you include your order number in the email.

Glad it helped. Like I said I did it and it didn't even slow my order down. The final thing I did was email them with the order number and exactly what I did to fix it.
