I am trying to lose some more body fat, i stacked t3 and clen before i got good result,now i would like to do t3 t4 and clen maybe some injec winny any idea recom dose of t4 thanks in advance.

Post some stats of yourself first but......

you will want to run some test in there too, t3 will shed some muscle too to keep environment anabolic i would run some test prop with it. something like this maybe
WEEKS 1- 6: Winstrol 50mg Every Other Day if you want
WEEKS 1- 6: (T3) 50-75mcg Every Day
WEEKS 1- 8: Testosterone Propionate 50mg Every Other Day
WEEKS 1-10: Clenbuterol 80-100mcg 14 days ON, 14 days OFF (could use some benadryl if you wanted)
then a standard PCT

I'd forget the T4.

I usually do Ty's ECA 2 on and 2 off, alteranated with Clen 2 on and 2 off.
Pyramid your T3 and add some Anavar and maybe some Prop or Masteron if you want.
