Hey Guys just thought I'd vent frustrations cos noone else understands.

~Started cycle 4 weeks ago:
d/bol, sus , deca ,prop, winny. Been eating like a bull and training hard have put on 13lbs and i'm sure that the sus hasn't quite kicked in. Feel well big and strong

Anyway was at work today (i'm an electrician working on building site) thinking about heavy deadlifts and bent overs for tonights back sesh. when I tripped and fell down the stairs and sprained my left ankle and tore a ligament in my right foot. Writing it down its making me laugh but i'm sat here at laptop with both feet in bandages and my girl is getting pissed cos every five minutes I ask her to get me food. The doc said I should not use legs for 48 hours and take about a week till I excercise. What do you reckon jus4t keep taking the gear and eating for a week or lay off???? As soon as i can hobble about I see no problem in doing chest back shoulders and arms as long as I'm seated. Screw ed for legs and calves for a bit!!!!!

Anyway just wanted to share my pain :o :o :o

Do the best that you can but makes sure you heal right. Legs are very important but you are in the middle of a cycle so do your best.

If off only one week, keep your AAS regime the same and continue to eat well.

do what alin said and train body parts that dont involve your legs. maybe even do a light week. Focus on form. you'll be good to go
