Alright. I have asked questions in regards to what is causing my insane pumps. After having to cut short my quad session due to my lower back tightening up beyond painful control, I am convinced it is my growth that is causing this.
I have been taking 4 i.u's per day of Somatorm for over two months now everyday. I just started taking Primo and Test on November 16th, so that is not the culprit. Feels like Dbol back pumps - I hated them!
I am going back to 2 i.u's of GH per day.... can't work out properly... this sucks!

I get those pumps from the Dbol. Stretching seems to help me nicely!

One thing that helps for me is to relax / stretch your back between sets. From the very first set of your workout, even before you start to feel the pumps.

Orals also stress kidneys as they do the liver. Start taking 1500mg of taurine and yes, drink a lot of water. The taurine will help with the kidney stress, and in a couple of days you should start to feel better. But make sure you dont miss a dose of taurine. Good luck

I understand that it is not exactly kidney pain per se', however there is stress on the kidney's nonetheless. I am doing exactly the same dosage dbol you are, and the taurine makes a world of difference. Give it a whirl bro, because the back pumps suck big time!
