Hey any of you out there ever used igf-1 or igf-1 r3. I use gh right know and have been for 9 months. I just have read a lot of strange things about it and a must use of insulin.

Igf-1LR3 is the way to grow. Proven to be very effective.

Ive got a bit of experience with the Igf-Lr3.
good stuff if what you get is real... my advice would be stay away from any premixed or 1 mg vials...If it were me Id get the individual 100mcg vials.
any questions ask away..Im no expert but know a bit about it.

If you guys had a choice between gh and igf-1 to run after a cycle what would you choose. I hear a lot of conflicting news on the effectiveness of igf-1.

appx 250$ per kit if its the Igtropin, depending of course on how much you buy. Check the sticky Alin has in the general disscussion..It has a Link To
GenSci directly and he should be able to help more on the pricing.
Ive tried a number of brands and this is what I had the best results with.
itll come in a kit like Hgh, a Kit is 10 vials of 100mcg.
I used 50Mcg per day and Honestly got more out of it then I did hgh alone.
Imo for the money..I got more out of the Igtropin the the jintropin.
Idealy of course if money is not a problem (which it always is for me..A Lot of other things I want in life) you would run them both as well as everything else included in your cycle.

I did mine on training days only to make it last longer.
Id train 2 days on 1 day off..Using the Igf-lr3 @ 50 mcg on training days
shot IM (not subQ) with an insulin needle.

thanks for the reply, im a bit confused, i see igf-1 mentioned here and igf-lr3, what is the difference between those or can you post a link up to some information. anyone used DES (1-3) IGF-1? i see that mentioned on a site too. im not jumping into doing these but i would definitly like to get more familiar with these compounds, thanks

Ive only used the LR3 (long acting)
I beleive it is superior to the older Igf-1 But again I have no experience with it or any other Igf-1... Only the Lr3

I did gain a bit of weight but more then anything it Just made me more Vascular and leaner looking.. Not sure exactly how to explain it
but it just Gives you a More of an "On" look. No dramatic weight gains
But did gain some pounds and at the same time apeared to be leaner.

IGF-1 doesnt really have an anabolic effect, its just anti-catabolic. it also burns fat like a mofo.

Due to the structural change of IGF to give LR3, LR3 is much more potent and longer acting

Des (1-3) Igf-1 (not The Same As Igf-1)

Ok so we know what IGF-1 (Insulin like growth factor-1) is,Des (1-3) IGF-1 is over 10 times (1000%) more anabolic than IGF-1. Now that is amazing!!
Now this could add LBM,who knows,LOL.

IGF-1 is actually produced from both Insulin and growth hormone in the liver and other tissues. IGF-1 is made up of 70 amino acids in a chain. Well, when a clever chemist removes the last 3 amino acids in the IGF-1 chain (the N-terminal tri-peptide) it becomes Des (1-3) IGF-1 and 1000% plus more anabolic. Why?

IGF-1 circulates through our blood stream and tissue 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unfortunately, most of the IGF-1 is inactive because it is bound by another protein called (get this) IGF-1 Binding Protein-3, or IGF-1-BP-3 for short. Since bound hormones can not fit into and trigger a receptor-site, the majority of circulating and muscle IGF-1 can not trigger an anabolic stimulus. Like tons of cellulite in a porno movie (who watches those?) there is little good stuff happening. However, when IGF-1 is altered and becomes Des (1-3) IGF-1 the binding protein IGF-1-BP-3 can not bind to it and it is totally active. Another reason Des (1-3) IGF-1 is so potent is its unique ability to fit into lactic acid altered IGF-1 receptor sites. (YUP) When we train we burn carbohydrates as a fuel to make cellular ATP. When cells switch to this ATP pathway, the by-product is Lactic Acid. This is of course the cause of most of the burn we feel during intense or higher rep sets. Well, the lactic acid build-up is called acidosis, and it destroys the shape of some receptor-sites for period of time. Therefore some anabolic/anti-catabolic hormones have difficulty merging with their respective receptorsite and triggering a response (such as even unbound IGF-1). Not so with Des (1-3) IGF- 1, the super growth factor. It fits into the IGF-1 receptor-site even after acidosis. Des (1- 3) IGF-1 is unbound, over 10 times more potent than IGF-1, and it picks receptor-site locks. Too bad it has only a few minute active-life.

Did you know that our body's make Des (1-3) IGF-1 naturally? Most un-informed individuals claim other wise, but it is true. When an athlete trains lactic acid builds up in muscle tissue. As we know, there is always IGF-1 / GH present in the blood stream and tissues (including muscle) from prior work-outs and other metabolic factors. That lactic acid burn triggers IGF-1/GH secretion from both prior and present work-outs. Unfortunately, lactic acid destroys some of the IGF-1 present in muscles being trained. But wait, this is good too!

Lactic acid also cuts (truncates) the last 3 amino acids off the 70 amino acid chain of "some" of the surviving IGF-1 and creates Des (I-3) IGF-1. So acidosis increases GH/IGF-1 production in the liver, "unbinds" IGF-1 locally in the muscle being trained (burned), destroys some of the IGF-1, and converts some IGF-1 into Des (I-3) IGF-1.

The only probem I hear about getting this stuff is that it cost about $9000 for 5mg for Research Grade! Hope that helps.

Has anyone ever used igf-1 during a cycle and if so what type of gains did you make? I have read an article on steroid profiles stating that it prevents testicular atrophy and makes you have a good pct? Any experience?

Is It Absolutely Necessary To Shot It Im Vs Sub-q? I Have Heard Of Guys That Take It Sub-q In The Stomach Regin And They Have Amassed Huge Absses Of Fluid In That Regin. It Was A Fluid Like Sack Growing Under Their Skin In The Stomach Regin. Does Igf-1 Not Absorb Properly Taken Sub-q? Which Is A Better Method And Why. I Like To Undestand The Science Behind It! Thanks :)

How much do you take a day? What kind of gains are most common? How long do you cycle it or do you even have to cycle it? Is it safe to stack with HGH? As you can tell im very interested in this stuff!
