How much are you taking and are you taking anything else to aid you.

It is powdered, you can tell by opening a cap. Today was my first day @400mg. Will update y'all later. If you do plan on doing this substance, make sure you have some pyruvate on hand. It helps with the lethargy.

Well, Im on day 4 @400mg a day and sweating like some kind of farm animal. Down 3 pounds.

DNP is a little to repudable for killing people, ill stick with AAS im comfortable with that I dont have to worry about dying while im on it.

If you use it correctly, you will be fine. But....the sweating is almost unbearable.

haha well you probably have a temperature of like 99.7 or 100 degrees right? :p

Pretty Damn close, usually about 99.4 on the average, especially high after eating.

The LDLo (Lowest recorded lethal Dose) for DNP is 4.3mgs/kg, I believe.

That's scarry... that's not very high of a dose at all.

I've run DNP several times and i prefer to run a lower dose (200mg) over a longer time (~2 weeks) versus something like a 7-day inferno. I tried running it at 400mg but i was just plain miserable. Just thinking made me sweat... I don't know how some people are able to run it at 600mg or more per day.

That seems a little low Hooker. if it were 4.3mg/kg, then a 91kg (200lb) person would only need 393mg for a lethal dose.

i just ordered some so ill be starting in say 3-4weeks when i get it.im gonna start at 200mg and go up to 400mg depending on how bad sides are.are you guys splitting your doses?
