Just wondering. It seems like its taking longer for me to recover from my workouts. I'm taking it easy in the gym but I don't want to lose to much strength. Right now I'm taking PegMGF 200 mcg 3 days a week. I got two weeks left then its IGF for the next two weeks. I'm also taking Nolva 35mg and Aromasin 20mg ED.

During PCT I try to keep the weight as high as possible, but never rep to failure. I stop one or two reps before failure, and volume is reduced greatly untill I feel my natty test is back to normal.

What I do (did, I do TRT now) was to keep the weight high, go to failure but never beyond, and eliminate all "cut and pump" reps (cable flys, finish sets...) and isolation reps.

keep your calories and protein a notch below where they were on cycle. Yeah you will pick up a bit more fat, but it's better than losing muscle. plus you can shed it later.....

I also found I needed more sleep during PCT.

later..

OK I'm lifting heavy but not to failure and I've cut down on the volume. This feels good. I was even a little bit stronger this workout. My last shot was Test E 2 and a half weeks ago.

I am four weeks since my last sust shot. My weights in the gym have not dropped.. but i sure do stay sore a lot longer.

That's the worst part for me, sometimes my muscles are so sore it ruins my day.

I'm having the same thing. Its taking longer to recover from my workouts. Feels like I need another day to recover so I'm spacing my w/o days apart more.

bump that Drob! Great advice I know i'd much rather gain a little butter and at least maintain my muscle, if not actually grow. A cut is for sheding that excess weight. My PCT is going well, strength is still way up and haven't lost any size, weird. Some of the advantages of such a severe cut.

I'm keeping my w/o's at 40 to 45min too.

I'm realizing how bloated I was on cycle. I have a neck again.

I never seem to loose my bloat, i loose a bit of water weight when i come off cycle but not much, its when i cut that it just drops off of me until the next time i use a long estered test or D-Bol

1 Week into my PCT (3 weeks after stopping Test E) I noticed a rapid decline in strength and increase in joint pain during and after workouts. I'm on my 4th wk of PCT now, and feel a lot better. Anti inflammatories helped with the pain.

I'm on week two of my PCT. Lost some strength and weight but no biggy. At least my joints feel OK. Maybe the Nolva cut down on some of the bloat? Could be my diet.

I still lift the same but I try to get a extra hour of sleep or a nap during the day to help out with my recover since it is a little slower during this time

shorter work outs ... and longer breaks in between sets ... but same intensity ...
