Can IP oils be sterilized using 25 gauge pins rather than 18 gauge and 23 gauge pins?

are you talking about running the oil thru the filtering process

you can use a 25 on the filter but its going to take some time, used 22 and it was a little time consuming, as for baking it ok as long as you have adequate vent, dont push to hard so not to dammage filter

Thanks for the help. So, would two 25's be an adequate vent?

one should do it, but if you wanted to be safe two would be fine, you will find that the process is easy after you get started, you have checked out the info on process right, im sure you have, the heat is low and the pressure and heat rise will look for escape through any opening, the key is to not overload the pressure escape route, ive never used a 25, maybe someone else has and can help you for sure, if you use two 25 i real sure there will be no problems, also the process works good, little inject pain and good stuff

hmmm thats an interesting question, ive never baked but from what ive read you should use an 18g for that. it seems that there will be too much pressure with a 25, but i dont know about 2.

Yes... just may take longer.
