As a lot of us are on a high protein, low carb diet, speaking for myself I'm getting pretty tired of tuna, chicken and eggs as a solid source of protein and am running out of fresh recipe's. I'd like to know what other's here scoff for their protein needs and what types of food.

To keep the interest I usually mix proteins and add spices!
One example would be:
8 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 cup shrimp
salt, black pepper, a little piri-piri (to personal taste)
Scramble it all up! Tastes good and goes with everything! You can mix it with your rice, pasta, wholewheat bread, etc...
Sometimes I try vegetarian alternatives like Tofu, Seitan, Tempe(rich in B12), Soya, lentils...
There are inumerous recipe books on the internet you can download. Just search...
My meat and chicken I usually grill, add some lemon, black pepper, mixed herbs and its ready to go!
I'm getting hungry just from writing this! :D

A lil bit more pricey but shrimp is good...i just put some creole cajun seasoning on it and it tastes fukin amazing! I also like to make blackened salmon (very easy to make) put some garlic salt and blackening fish seasoning on it then put in the foreman for a few minz tastes reallly good. Best fish for you too it's highest in the omega's....At my local publix they have some "Greenwise" brand flank steaks that are actually pretty damn lean...i season that with anything and it comes out good...even just some pepper and a touch of garlic salt
I got tired of eating eggs everyday so i buy the quart of liquid egg whites no fat or cholesterol....i mix it with my protein shake in the morning and before bedtime mixes well with water or milk.
Bump this!! I just moved onto this same exact thing!!!! shrimp some cajun seasoning and garlic pan fried yum!

i've been eating a lot of home made chicken enchiladas. tons of carbs and protein and not a whole lot of fat depending on what you're using to make it. we got a free turkey from work last week so my wife used that to to make like 3 pan fulls of enchiladas for me. it's a good way to eat chicken and turkey and such without gettin tired of it.
I've been getting these premarinaded steaks and chicken. Carne asada tritip and pollo asada chicken breasts. I'm hooked. They taste much better than if I tried to make something with plain meat plus they don't take long to make either.
I'm also really into orange roughy. You can keep it frozen for a while, thaw it out, cook it and it still tastes good. When I can afford it I get fresh wild caught salmon from the market. Good stuff

Steaks, shelled hemp seeds, quinoa, venison, jerky, fish/shellfish, powerbutter...
then you mix it up with spice. Cumin is one of my favs, chili powder..ect. I have like 5lbs of turky chili made up right now, I eat some of the next couple days and freeze the rest as quick meals... jerky is a great high protein snack (although sometimes high sodium), even ostrich jerky or venison. I add shelled hemp seeds to my salads, they are a great source of protein and healthy omega's... I also love crab meat, I mix that into salads and meals alot (if I can afford it)

So should I start keeping my seeds instead of throwing them out now? :p
Scallops are a great too. I've gone threw a few phases where they were my main source of protein and they always gave me good gains. Mostly the small frozen ones, pan fried, and they're affordable, tasty, and densely packed with muscle building protein. Can't always find them though. If I want them now I have to go to the Asian grocery store.

As long as they don't smell like gasoline.

My personal favorite recipe is this.
Chicken breast pieces, a dash of olive oil, crushed fresh garlic(alot), freshly squeezed lemon, salt and pepper. Mix all that together and leave to marinade, for a few hours, preferably overnight. Then grill it. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
Yum yum.
