I'm following Big A's protocol exactly as stated. I'm on day 17 of my bicep cycle. My arms are exploding in size but the last week i've noticed the outer head on my right arm is solid as a rock. There is no lumps or swelling and there is no pain. There is just mild redness but no fever or discomfort of any sort. I've been massaging and stretching the injected areas vigorously so i know that isn't the problem. The top of the head is normal, it just starts in the middle and runs a couple of inches down the head. Should i stop injecting for a few days until this thing loosens up, or is my fascia just being stubborn. As i said there is no discomfort but i don't want to mess anything up so someone please let me know what i should do.

The oil is not moving - that's why the redness too (excessive inflamation). You need to massage more that area. And don't inject in that area either for a couple of days until it gets soft again. It should be fine wihtin a couple of days with no injections and plenty of msaage - make sure you don't massage so hard that you bruise.
