Anyone know what time of day natural testosterone levels are the lowest? My doc has ordered a test and I would like to go when my levels are the lowest.

2 PM?
4 PM?
5 PM?

Thanks for your help.

Late evening, usually after dinner. 8-10PM. Also, pull an all-nighter before you get tested. Great way to obliterate your t-levels.
