Arnold Classic Expo

Hey guys...just curious if anyone here will be in Columbus, Ohio for the Arnold Classic. We are going there Friday, March 3.

Also...I heard going there the first day was the best because of all the goodies you can get...is that true...anybody????? :D

Just went to the Olympia and I'm certain Gov. Arnorld's show will be the same. Tons of venders and fre products they want you to try. I saw people in Vegas leave the venue with HUGE, both arms, bags filled full of stuff. Bars,shirts,protein powders...etc. Have a blast! Just saw Lee Priest win the Ironman......Look for Marvin Anthony,Troy Alves and David Henry. All of them were on!

Both Friday and Saturday will be about the same, both days are good, but by Sunday there is a little bit less of the free stuff left. Don't expect to get a free jug of whey or anything, what you'll mostly get is free mag's, small free samples of various products, a few will give out some free t-shirts, and that's about it. Use to you could get a lot more free stuff, but they seem to have cut back on al that, not sure why. Every booth will still have free samples of all the various protein powders and bars that you can try on the spot.

Regardless, it is the best expo of the year, and the whole weekend is without question the best run bodybuilding weekend out there.

Ya I went last year plan on going Friday should be tons of free stuff like last year. I can't wait to see the retired bb that stop lifting it always suprises me how small they get.

Yeah I was shocked when I saw Dorian last year, at first I didn't even recognize him. From what I've been told, he had some recent health issues, but is coming along a lot better. Recent pics I've seen however show that he is starting to look a lot better and it looks like he's hitting the weights again.

the reason why retired bbs are smaller is not becuase they quit working out, there is just no use on spending thousands of dollars on excessive gear and food.
