6'2" 220lbs about 16% BF.
EOD for 10 - 12 weeks (is this to long to run this cycle?)
*100mg Test Prop
*75 - 100mg Tren ACE
*100mg Mast
Last 4 weeks T3
Then usual PCT:cool:
Any suggestions on dose and length appreciated.

assuming this is your first cycle, I would up the prop to at least 150mg eod, keep tren at 100mg ed, mast is fine, and run 12 weks. With proper training and diet, should be some very nice results.

do you really want to be running a cutting cycle at 6'2 and 220 with 16%bf??? no offence man but there is not alot of muscle there! there would be no point cutting

when I first started I was about your size, ran a couple lean mass cycles and added some clean mass(on the advise of someone way smater than me)....simple math....gain muscle bf% goes down. You'll be disappointed with a cutter in mho. I would make a goal of hitting 12% with diet and workouts...should be easy if you focus. Then run a simple cycle keep the diet clean and add some quality mass...that will in itself drop your bf% abit...if all goes well you could be heavier and at 10% or so...then run a cutter.

What is your cycle history?
Your BF is too high for this cycle and you sould never run Tren A for more than 10 weeks.

If this is his first cycle i think you should not be telling him thats its fine to use tren IMO.

thankyou, missed keystroke. shit I cant even imagine what 700mg/week tren would be like, would be one hell of a first cycle though :D

Sorry for the slow response guys, work was a beeoch:mad:
I have cycled for about 2 years now, =on =off. Last cycle was 14 weeks.
Adrol 50mgs / day wk 1 - 5
supertest 700mg/wk 1 - 14
Mast 200mgs / wk 1 - 14 (primarily as a antiE)
400mg EQ / wk 1 - 8
Deca 400mg / wk 9 - 12.
Then PCT.
I appreciate all the input. I'm thinking of reworking my cycle to get to my goal of 250lbs and then think about a cutting cycle (Thanks to Giff).
Bulk cycle Input please
12 or 14 Weeks
Sust250 or SuperTest or TestE or Test Cyp. (I've done Super & Sust)
EQ or Deca (Done Both)
Dbol or Adrol (Done Both)
Tren E or Tren A Weeks 5-10 (Done Tren E)
Also what is the daily dosage of Bromo (I Tend to get prog)
ANY Input Appreciated!
My BF is lower when on a cycle about 8% due to strictness of diet & gear:D, I'm pushing 40 and trying to get to a ripped stripped 250lbs. Diet and training are on mark (not saying I know it all, I've found it impossible in this sport).
