:confused: new to board. im 39 yrs 5`10 235lbs. was coming off last cycle about 6 mths ago and due to family problems had to just about stop hitting the gym.needless to say i`ve gained about 20lbs, mainly around abs and back. my cycle was 40 dbol a day 500 sustonon/week, muscle/strength gains were great, pct went smooth. that was 2nd cycle ever. now looking for cycle for leaner less fat/fluid retention. would be thankful for any and all help.

Do the same cycle again but add 0.5mg - 1m of arimidex ED

Huh? All thats gonna do is give him less water retention, it wont aleviate fat at all...
listen what you want to do is put together a lean mass/cut plan its something along the lines of
test prop - 100mg eod wk 1-8
Tren ace - 75mg eod wk 1-8
d-bol - 50mg/ed wk 1-6
arimidex -.25mg/ed wk 1-8
clenbuteral-80-100mcg/ed wk 1-2 5-6
T3 -50-80mcg/ed wk 1-6
PCT
Clen/Nolv stack starting @ week 9 for 3 weeks
a cycle like this will help you put on lean gains while cutting massive amounts of fat... I did this cycle for 5 weeks and put on 18lbs, while cutting 2%bf and holding no water retention... most of the muscle you lost will come back because of muscle memory, probably withing the firt week of doesing. If you really need help I will lay out a diet and exercise plan for you... since diet is 70% of the battle

Everyone knows that estrogen causes extra fat and water retention, so lowering estrogen levels will help in this respect.
Also,he could easily cut with that cycle if is diet is set for cutting

what's your diet been like??? complete shit?? or still good??? just working out a lone, and taking different supps isn't going to make that dramatic of a change...
you need to change diet and add cardio in.....then you need to pay attention to what you are doing and add or take away things here and there...
I would start with 30-40 mins cardio morning or after workout..start off at about 5-6 days a week...then eventually you'll want to increas up to 45mins or so at seven days a week...with a clean diet...clean i mean...oatmeal, rice, pot, pasta, lean chicken meat etc...try not to eat carbs to close to bed time.....you should peel that bf off no matter what type of cycle your are on...
also I would suggest you take 1mg of a-dex EOD to prevent all the nasties off estrogen...

while on cycle my diet was pretty good, but could have done more cardio. went to hell when family problems arose. back in gym now full time, things are going good. thanks everyone for the help.
