Has anyone experienced a loss of strength when starting clen? I assume this is due to loss of body weight and loss of water weight. Any thoughts/expierience and ways to combat this?

Used it heavily for cutting, so I was already carb. depleted and weak. Gave me the shakes like a son of a B, but after the first week even that went away.

I think that's it....I dropped calories to cut before I started the clen. I have upped the calories last night and today and will stick with that. Mid fat, high protein, low carb.

Hey bro what you could be experiencing is the lowered VO2 max!!!!! In turn makes you a little sluggish this could be a reason for the lack of strength. Have you found that your not as energetic in the gym?????

Not trying to hijack the thread, just started clen a few days ago and seem to be having the same problem. Just had a chest workout and could BARELY move 75% of the weight I've been doing the past few months

Good idea to up the calories,,,someitmes a drastic cut will cause strength loss

Yea, I had my ass handed to me the past couple of days...what is VO2? I got my calories up and seem to be coming back.

VO2 is your aerobic oxygen consumption and an indication of how much power you put out.

Clen, being quite a strong stimulant, should make you stronger rather than weaker.

Be careful with Clen. If you do not feel right on it, either lower the dose, up your calries or come completely off as you can cause serious problems and have to get carted out of the gym on a stretcher. For others and informational purposes, you can also look into supplimenting with ketotifen if you are a professional, know what youa re doing and want to use Clen longer than you are supposed to. If you want to drop it down a notch, move to an ECA stack like Tyrone's instead. Be safe, it's your air supply you are talking about here.

I prefer clen to ephedra even though I take both(not at the same time). I get some mood swings ephedra and it messes with my head a bit. I don't have any problems with clen except a little shakiness in the hands. Ephedra rules for post workout though.
