running a cyle of 50mg decca everyother fro first 2 weeks and then went to once every 3 days and suss250 once a week running the decca for 8 weeks and suss 2-10 with 18% at 245 .. good intake of protein ever meal and protein shakes between and at night what should one expect and what do you recommend?

1) Deca is a long ester, no need to pin EOD. Twice a week would be great but once a week is okay as well.

2) Sus has short esters in it and you need to pin at least three times a week to get the full effect, EOD would be best.

3) you need to lose at least 10 more pounds of fat. That would put at or around 15% BF which is the upper limit of where you should be to run a cycle.

4) No need to start the Deca earlier than the Sus start them at the same time.

Run them both for 10 weeks, eight weeks isn't long enough for the long esters. It will take them four weeks to kick in.

bump unclever, however, run deca for 12 and the sust for 14. run the deca at 400mg/w and the test at 500mg/w.

Why sus for 14 weeks and deca for 12?

to make the most out of the deca due to its delayed results. always run test 2 weeks longer to avoid sexual sides.

ive read to run suss 2 weeks longer but then ive had alot of peole tell me not to also so what do you think?and also millitar wise he can not et to huge to quick to rase an eybrow towards him you know so will he get any results of of the decca 50mg every 3 days and suss250 1 ampule once a week?

I cannot understand some of this.

If you get "to huge" just cut the cycle short.

Run the sus longer because it will keep the deca from killing your libido.

No need to inject the Deca more than once a week.

Sus needs to be injected EOD or the short esters will be wasted.
