WEEKS 1-10: HCG 300-500iu Every 4-5 Days

WEEK 11 : 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 12 : 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 13: 20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day

Third week into it, gains are good, feeling bloated, blood pressure high. Doc doesn't like it...but knows what's up!!

Any suggestions for the blood pressure...or just deal with it...

First you should just do the dbols for about 4wks to kick start the deca, then take only 500mg of sust instead of 750mg and split the dosages twice per week, steroids does raise the blood pressure but if you are cosuming salty foods then you should try to cut down, also if your family has a history of high bp then that may play a role.

I like it. the arimidex will reduce the bloat and bp.

do you run the HCG every 5 days throughout the whole cycle? a buddy of mine said to run 1500iu a week for 3 weeks in the middle of your cycle and then again for PCT

You can try half a Lasix every 3-4 days or Aldactazide.

Sustanon is emfamous for the "steroid fever" thats why I recommend people to use single ester testosterones for building, like enan or cyp...

I dont understand why you would use the hcg every 5 days... it could have negative effects during your cycle, I would save for PCT... ie/ Nolv with 500iu's of HCG eod, and tribex.

use a diretic 2 days on 2 days off for as long as needed, lasix works real well and its cheap under the generic name furomeside, but it also pulls the potassium out along with the sodium, a potassium suplement may be needed, beware even though potasium is a mineral to much of it will kill you, dyazide is a safe choice and works almost as well and its potassium sparing,
the feed back loop on aldactone is only 2 days, aldactone is the hormone that regulates the sodium potassium pump, and if you take diretics longer than 2 days your body will compensate, this is also something doctors dont know, with blood pressure its the bottom number that should be of concern, anthing over 100 should not go ignored, i personally wouldnt let mine get over 95. Why hasnt your doc offered to help, from what ive seen anyone who is self perscribing drugs becomes public enemy # 1, and there for reacieves no help, never admit to a doctor about self perscribing. never tell him what you know, just keep your mouth shut and agree with him.
