Wats up guys, It been a while since ive been up here but as most of you know I have completed my first cycle about a month ago. I cycled with 500mg of test E and gained a total of 8 lbs of lean muscle mass. I am now on pct and have lost a total of 4 lbs of fat so im back to my original weight when i started the cycle but a whole lot bigger and defined. I want to do another cycle starting in January and right now I am planning on what cycle I want to do. I do not want to gain a ton of water this time, i want to cycle with lean mass builders only. I was thinking about using eq and test but what about deca or tren or and oral such as winny. My goal is to gain LEAN MASS with no overwhelming water/fat gains as was the case with 500mg of test. Please reccommend a good cycle that you did that helped you get ripped and still maintain the prececious muscle. thanks alot you guys for all your help.

i did a 6 week cycle of test prop,tren a,also used oral winny and gained about 20lbs.now on pct i did lose alittle water weight.so from cycle ive gained atleast 12 -14 lbs.i also ran letro and proviron during.
test prop 100mg eod
tren a 100mg eod
winny 50mg ed
proviron 50mg eod (next time around i will use masteron instead)
letro 1/4 tab eod
also when you come off you will see results(- water weight),during pct.also 2 weeks into pct,i havent lost any strength,amazing,best cycle ever for me.i have more than a few under my belt,this was by far the best.good ,lean mass gains.

On your first cycle of 500mg test E (I will assume 10 weeks) to gain 8 lbs is way off the mark. First cycle gains probably average 15 -20 lbs, with many people seeing 25.
Whats your diet like? It must suck bad. BEFORE you do any more cycles you need to step back and take a close look at your diet.
If you had done some research, you would know that GAINS ARE DIET DEPENDANT not AAS dependant. Get your diet up to par and run the same cycle again.
Or, better yet, like I told you before you decided to cycle, you need to put on 25 lbs naturally first, and that your diet needed to be spot on before you cycle or you will be dissapointed.
Mabey you need to listen to others here more before you decide to do another cycle. Wasn't Martek your "leader and adviser" and he as coaching you through PM's? You need to pay attention to more than just another one cycle wonder bro...
another thing to remember:
100% gains = 60% diet/rest + 25% workout + 15% AAS/supplements.
Sounds to me like your way to focused on the 15% and need to focus on the 60%.

I would go as to say
If your goal is LEAN gains then
100% gains = 85% diet/rest + 10% workout + 5% AAS/supplements.

another thing to remember:

Sounds to me like your way to focused on the 15% and need to focus on the 60%.

8??? Definately did something wrong then. First cycle is always great - around or at least 20 lbs...
One cycle that has worked for me well time after time is
Sustenon week 1-10 at 500mg/week
Dianabol week 1-4 at 30mg/day
Proviron daily...
PCT with Clomid and Tamoxifen
Good gains and much less water retention than with Test E.
It's nice and light comparing to heavier substances and you get reasonably good results (at least 10 lbs after cycle).
Keep the heavier stuff for later cycles when you're more experienced.

Here's my recomendation
250mg of Sustanon Every third day
50mg of proviron Every day
Do this for 10 weeks and follow with standard PCT
Concentrate on your diet and consuming enough calories and you should have much better results than your previous cycle.

You guys keep saying check your diet but my diet is very good. I eat at least 6 times a day with a good mix of carbs/fat/protein. I workout 5 days a week but i have always had problems gaining muscle I loss it very easy. I eat a ton of healthy food on my diet and saw a bit of fat gain but muscle gain sucked. I dont really think the test worked to be honest with you because I did just as I was told Please someone give me an example of a CORRECT diet so i can compare mine to yours. Please help me I really want to get the most out of my gains.

Dude your planning a 2nd cycle!!!
As an example my first cycle i only used 250mg Test HALF what you used and i went from 193 lbs to 213lbs and STAYED there!!!!

When people ask me what they should be doing to gain good solid weight, the first thing I tell them is they need to keep a food journal. It is almost impossible to tell how your program is working (workouts, supps, aas etc) if you only have a general idea about what you are consuming. IMHO a food journal is more important than a workout journal...but you can see the eyes start to glaze over when i start talking about how important food intake is and how just a relatively small change can have a huge impact on wether you reach your goals or not.

The other thing to consider is your training intensity and workout frequency... when I went down to 3-4 days a week heavy compound movements from 5-6 days with shaping movements I saw the biggest spike in overall mass... as other have stated rest/recovery is crucial!
