Funky injection...pain in a**

I gave my husband his injection Friday...sust and hcg. When I injected, he clenched and flexed his muscle(glute)...I could feel the grain of the muscle as the needle went in. Well I finished the injection anyway. There is no bruising and it didn't knot up...but he is still complaining of pain this morning. What the f**k did I do wrong? :eek:

The injection was almost 2cc's total...used 22g needle 1 1/2", sterilized, cleaned, aspirated the works.

Anyone experience this or have any ideas?

of course its going to hurt he clenched up.Thats a big no no. tell him next time to keep relaxed. maybe do it right after a shower or after sittin on a heating pad for a bit so that the muscles are nice and relaxed. then he has to keep them relaxed. dont stand on the leg that is below the glute "cheek" or even better have him lay down. make sure the massage the muscel hard and deep. before and after shooting the gear in. then he should be fine. as long he doesnt clench again. unless he likes a pain in the ass like that. so its not your fault.

Sometimes shots hurt. You can do the same thing a thousand times in a row, and have a painless shot...then the 1000 and first shot hurts like hell. Just happens.
