Hey there guys I need some help but to give you guys a run down I'm 31yrs 5'6 185lbs trying to reach 230lbs I have been on a lot of diffrent cycles since 2000 my weight was @ 130 not too bad but I want it all! tried test prop. ,test cyp,test ent , d bol,eq but the most weight i can gain is 5-10lbs in two mths. I'm getting ready to place a new order and get some test dep.and through another source anavar and primo any ideas on how to stack thanks engbulldog

Not sure on cycle but one suggestion is eat more.

Exactly, more then likely diet is the problem. Eat until you're sick of food, and then eat some more...that's the only thing that is going to pile the weight on. AAS should be a tool to aide in the process, not a crutch you lean on for all your gains.

When I refer to food, I'm referring to whole food, not just a bunch of shakes. Shakes are good and have their place, but your diet should be revolving around whole foods.

first of all 5'6 230...i know you dont mean a ripped 230 but still thats a big ass dude, goals should always be retainable not questionable. youve been doing cycles for 6 years now i dont see why you need ideas on how to stack them but i suggest run all 3 throught your whole cycle.
i agree with everyone on here, you need to work on your diet, i read one time that lee priest eats a quart of cream milk, a whole chicken and half a loaf of bread for ONE meal. now thats serious eating. you will see great results if you eat a lot.

Ya I agree with the gys about the diet but did you look at your training. Form I mean and how often body parts hit. I'm 31 also And I'm 5'6" I started lifting 17 years ago and I weighed 150. I started my first cycle last april and have done two since. I trained naturally for all those years and got up to 258 18% body fat. Diet and strict gym form and dedication got me there. I decided to do aas cause I want to become pro my first cycle just took me down to 230 and 6%bf since then I'm currently 250 61/2% body fat 21" arms 20" calves 31" waist 30" legs. I have been told my genetics are awsome by many judges so just hang in there and look at the aspects that are mentioned. True from diet and dedication you should gain good. My best gains were 17 lbs in 14 weeks thats what was retained after post. How ever I want a ripped lean look all the time so I don't over eat. So I'm hapy with 17 lbs.

Sounds like you need some really serious diet help... with everything youve listed you really should have put on alot more weight man, like 15-30lbs in two months... your diet and exercise plan must really need alot of work... give us a layout on your diet and maybe we can start the ball rolling in the right direction... for someone who's ran alot of cycles like you I can recommend some massive builders to really put the weight on.

remember if you wanna weigh 230 you have to eat like you are 230 I no its hard but eat more wile consuming 300 grams a protien daily! GOOD LUCK
