You'll feel a lump if it is still infected. If your body is unable to drain the abscess on it's own a cyst will likely form too. I don't know how long it's been infected but if its been less than a few weeks look into an antibiotic regimen. Clindamycin 250mg 3x Daily 7 days. If you can't find Clindamycin online sub Erythromycin (take with food) 500mg.
