hey one of my friends suggested this bodybuilding routine to me I wanted to get your opinions on it:

Monday - Chest
3 Sets of Barbell Bench Press (10, 8, 6 rep scheme for everything)
3 Sets of Incline Dumbell Press
3 Sets of Decline Dumbell Press
3 Sets of Flat Dumbell Press
3 Sets of Flys

Tuesday - Back , Abs
3 Sets of Deadlifts
3 Sets of Lat Pulldown
3 Sets of Seated Rows
3 Sets of Wide-Grip Chinups
3 Sets of Bent over barbell rows

Wednesday - Legs
3 Sets of Squats
3 Sets of Leg Press
3 Sets of Hamstring Curl
3 Sets of Leg Curl
3 Sets of Rotator Calf

Thursday - Arms, Abs
3 Sets of Straight Barbell Curl
3 Sets of Tricep Pushdown
3 Sets of Hammer Curl
3 Sets of Tricep Pulldown
3 Sets of Concentration Curl
3 Sets of Skullcrushers

Friday - Shoulders, Traps
3 Sets of Dumbell Military Press
3 Sets of Front Raises
3 Sets of Side Raises
3 Sets of Barbell Upright Rows
3 Sets Shrugs
3 Sets Seated Shrugs

Sounds basic. Coule be switched up in a ton of diff. ways depending on the personal.

can you lend any advice as how to I should change it up? i am about to start my 2nd bulking cycle and I want to do it right. Thanks alot.

IMO i wouldnt go from chest to back like that. i do chest, shoulders, triceps, back, biceps, legs. 6 days a week
