you can read at steriod.com. most people use 400mg-600mg per week and depending if you are bulking or cutting ,stack it with some kind of test.sus would be good to run with the eq at 500 mgs per week.please,please read up before you start anything.fyi,on this board we all love to give good info,but taking something that you dont know anything about isnt good,period.

It is rediculous but to answer your stupid question Equipose is a horse steroid which is good to be stacked alongside test.Equipose increase's appetite and vascularity while hardening (to some extent) the muscles, it also gives minimal if ANY side effects!
