What's wrong with H-R. It's longer than humalog but still faster than any others. Why risk getting the timing down. Besides most places in the states just carry it around or near the pharmacy area.

Insulins is a non-prescription item. Just gotta ask for it. They keep it behind the counter.

Are you really serious about taking 45 iu's?

Most bodybuilder's that weigh between 265-300 don't even take more than 10 iu's a day..


Are you cycling your shots to where you are not going longer than two weeks on? If so you need at least 3 weeks off and then cycle again..


45 iu's is suicide!!


I use to use it, and it is safe to say there is great risk in taking that fuckin shit... I used it off and on, cycling between creatine then insulin... I was using 10 iu's a day, I gained 10 pounds in two weeks but it got harder to grow.... Then I was reading a post on another board stating that it will cause diabetis if used excessively...


IMO you will still make good gains at 5 iu's a day.. timing is the critical part.. :eek:
