Started 12 weeks out. Was on Sust. and Eq. when I started my cut, so I'm not a big believer in the "cut cycle" Diet was everything. Eq. was great for vascularity was a challenge because of my appetite, Posted more than once bitchin about the diet crap. Heres a pic @ 240# thats alot of butter!!

Great job cutting up man! I always try and stay below 10% while bulking for a show(hate the long cuts) but thinking Im gonna have to go all out to move up a weight class. What was your cutting diet/training like?

The difference between 240 and 205 is night and day. Awesome work! Did I miss read or did you say you accomplished that in 7 weeks?

7 weeks and shit load of missed meals!! Bout 1/2 way through it Freak started a thread about how much food he was eating, bout killed me.
As far as training and diet, just the basics, slowly dropped the cals (carbs)and upped the protien, dropped fat but nothing radical. Slowly went from 8 to 12 reps to 25 and 30, somedays 50. I still have heavy days but when I'm carb. depleted I am VERY injury prone (torn pec, rectus medialis) so I'm very slow and deliberate about every movement, to the point of sacrificing reps for form. I've been on whining about my empty belly, now I'm within striking distance and it's MUCH easier. Just started tren. so hopefully they'll be some real freaky shit to come!! Thanks everybody for putting up with me!!

ya know if you look at the "before" pic it's really alot of bloat and water weight. That shit went VERY fast. The rest has just been consistency of diet and cardio. it's amazing! This shit really works if you work it!!

No i didn't. My diet was not nearly so regimented as some, being as I am a chef I had plenty of the "right" stuff around pretty regular. The hard part is carb. depleting, for me anyway. i've heard others say it was a piece of cake, no pun intended.
12 Egg whites with salsa in the morning with some oatmeal (1/2 cp), after cardio. some times "Steak and Eggs" No yolks though.
Protien shake, made with water (50 grams, whey isolate)
Grilled chicken breast with steamed broc. or cauliflower, lots of lemon.
Tuna salad with lettuce, celery and tomato
Protien shake (again made with water)
Sometimes snacked on almonds and broccoli in the afternoon
Grilled chicken salad, oil and vinegar dressing or lemon juice
No carbs after 4 o'clock (that sux!!) I substituted the chicken for 90/10 ground beef or a pouch of tuna.
i did discover turkey/chicken chili. I'd make a pot and put it on everything early in the day, it was fuckin good!!!
Diet is a bit tighter now, sodium low, bout 200 grams carbs per day.

well you look awesome. good job!
I started cutting this week and bridged my bulking cycle. 100 tren A/100 test prop/100 mast EOD for the next several weeks cutting back carbs taking in more salads and proteins. I already change my shakes to use water. The carbs cutting is going to kill me. Also starting Clen for 2 weeks.
i hope to get similiar results..again good job i am impressed.

Thanks. Roger that on the carbs. The clen first thing in the morning just before cardio is F-ING INCREDIBLE. I'll hit that again in a week, to really rip it up. Have Brocc. or Cauli. around to munch on when you get hungry. U prepping for a show??

yeah it is good when the fuckers know you can reach across the pass and give them a bitch slap from hell.....I think we could come up with an industry theorem which states...

"The size and aggression of the chef is inversely proportional to the back-chat of the front of house staff" :D

I've always considered size as a deterent to mouthy cooks and/or servers. Sad part is I'm a nice guy now a days. I wasn't, i was a thrower and a yeller but some where along the way I discovered that no matter how loud you say "your fired" it means the same thing. Then I was faced with being a nice guy in a tough business. This is where our new found theroum comes into play:
"The size and aggression of the chef is inversely proportional to the back-chat of the front of house staff" we need to add: "whether actual or implied"
a mean look and a good smack of the line drives most, well, idiots away.
So when you said you hoped to look as good as me in your.........early middle age years you meant bald and ugly??
Love having another foodie on here!!

WOW! From the MAN himself!! Many thanks!! You just made my day. It has been a head trip for certain. if you look back i was very resistant to dropping to 198 for the very reasons you mentioned. Just as i was resistant to allow myself to gain the weight in the first place. I guess it's about faith in the process. After you've done it once it's easier to see and believe in. At first its like a pig on roller skates, awkward as hell. Just have to listen to the guys who have done it and FOLLOW PROTCOLS!! oh yeah and without diet, you can forget it! And Count you should try shaving your head, God only made a few perfect heads, the rest he put hair on.........

The nice thing about having hair is that we can shave it when we want, grow it when we want, dye it, shape it, mousse it, wax it, blow dry it, wear a hat on it.........

...............................at least you have wigs :D
