Long cycles

Has anyone run a 16 week cycle? How was PCT? I'm worried about being shut down for that long.

I just finished a 16 weeker in Nov. Recovered just fine. I ran test/eq/tren the last 6 weeks. Now I am taking the same amount of time off and will run it for that length again. However as static asked what are you running? That does make a difference.

Ran several this way. Proper PCT is critical.

I think 16wks is about perfect for most. That is what I generally do, but at times, such as now, will run it a good bit longer. PCT, as always, is very important, but also getting your blood work done, and keeping an eye on things like liver values and blood pressure are important.

With proper training, diet and a solid well planned out cycle, there is nothing wrong with 16wks. That said, I would never recommend this to a newbie. First timers are better off with slightly shorter cycles that way they can begin to get a feel for how their body responds to AAS use...this is assuming that their usage is proper.

Test/EQ with some Anadrol to kick things off.

I'm just worried about recovery. I've done a couple 10 week cycles now, but It seems like you come off just when it's starting to get good.

you should be ok with running that for 16 weeks. just dont run the anadrol that long. A good pct will kick start the testicles. you will be fine

Running a 16 weeker using eq I notice the best result from it due to the duration of time. Eq has a slow releasing ester that makes it great for 16 wks. Best of luck bro and as Alin stated pct is criticial.

My normal PCT is .25mg Arimadex EOD throughout the cycle. I stop the Arimadex one week after the cycle ends. I start Nolvadex at 2 weeks after last injection and run it at 40, 30, 20, 20, 20. I use HCG the week I end my cycle and once every 4 weeks during to "bring the boys back". I shut down hard and get gyno easily. I tried this and it seems to work well for me. I mentioned in another post that I start taking creatine at the end of my cycle as well. For me it's nice because it doesn't look like I'm shrinking so badly. I know it's just water and I'm going to lose it later, but I'm able to keep the intensity up because I don't see the size dissapearing.

Oh come on....I grew another liver as a genetic adaptation during college. 4 weeks only on the orals.

I've never had blood work done, but probably should. How does one go about finding a doctor that's "cool" with this sort of thing?

Any doctor will do it. They have to. And besides, they're getting paid for it anyway. Most doctors will give you a speach but will be happy that you want them to check you over

The readings you need are:

Liver: ALT/AST

Lipids: Total Cholesterol, HDL/LDL

Keep in mind that your cardiac enzymes may be high if you have trained especialy in the last 24hrs of getting bloodwork done... if they are, they should be able to do further test to determine if this is being caused by the stress to your muscles, and if that is the case you are in the clear.
