Congrats. I remember my first house I felt awesome. I still really like that house more than the one we bought because our family grew.
One day when these kids move out I returning to my awesome 4 car garage! Well, I've got at least 7 more years...sigh.
Make sure you stake out a room. It will give you sanity in years to come.

Congrats Bro, that is a great feeling. I remember our first house. Between the offer and moving in to it the wife and I drove past it every day just to look at it. I think you timing was good as well. The market might stay down for a year or so but in three to five years people are going to look at the prices wish they bought at this time.

you laugh..We have a "company" apartment, a home away from home here in HK, that we use for "entertaining" clients.....:D
there is nothing wrong with an apartment that NOBODY knows about...and we have a dancing pole...and a hook in the roof for this leather swing...countless chicks have had the crap banged out of them on that swing...it is a fuck-den of some repute :D...but NONE of the woman know about it at the offices....my partners and I use it often to have debauched parties...bliss
get a dancing pole...it will change life as you know it....:D

So Count, who gets piggy-porked on the leather swing when you and your partners have these female co-workerless parties?
