ok so i obviously don't know what i'm doing or else i wouldn't be here... i've been working out with a friend for probably 6 months or so now.. of course i've been ON and OFF for about 5 years now.. but i saw my friend blowing up.. and i've been working out longer then he has.. so i got curious and asked and he lead me to alinshop and i ended up here... so my question is, is a ten week cycle of DECA and SuS ok for a newbie?

I used to be a die hard fan of sus but i think that it was because it was the only thing i could get for a long time. You would be better off with a single ester test than sus. trust me. 500 mgs/week test E and 400mgs/week deca would be a nice combo but wheres the pct? you need that... dont forget

You could try 400mg deca, 500mg test and 40mg dbols thoso have worked well for me in the past but if you're not sure Alin has a newbie cycle which I understand to be very good, still all of Alins products are of high quality.

ok so deca and test e are a good starter... you guys said something about pct... never really knew you had to do it i mean i've heard of it but most of them that told me about it said they didn't have to do it till about their 3rd and 4th cycles am i wrong?... and if i am which is better adex or nolva? i've been reading alot about both... how much do i take? and when? i want to get this right cos i want the best possible gain for the money... i'm in college and a lil short on cash if you know what i mean...

If you run both for the same amount of time, i would start taking the following pct about 3 weeks after your last inj of test/deca:
40mgs nolva and 150mgs clomid ED - week 1
30mgs nolva and 100mgs clomid ED - week 2
20mgs nolva and 50mgs clomid ED - week 3
that should be good for you. I used to use hcg but i find that the above worked just as well without it. you also could take .25mgs of adex EOD throughout your cycle too. It'll help cut the bloat of the test if you get any plus block gyno

ok so one more thing i've been reading about clenbuterol and its fat burning effects and god know i need it... just a lil pudge around the mid section enough that you can't see my abs... could i mix this in with it? and i'm not really on a diet but i eat alot of chicken breast and tuna and eggs along with protein shakes after my workout... any other suggestions?

yes, add it to your cycle and run it throughout your pct. Only do it 2 weeks on then take two weeks off before you start it again. It'll drop some fat for ya

ok so one more thing... i eat pretty good... but i'm going to guess that the intake on my calories is going to be extreme... so is there anything special i should know about my eating habbits while i'm on my cycle?

you need to be eating 2g protein for every lb. 3g carbs for every lb. as many calories you can fit into your mouth. if the carbs you think are too much then just do 2g but the protein is very crucial. eat every 2 hours, it might seem hard at first but beleive me if you stick with it and you go 3 of more hours youll be starving for food.

your body will go through food like its no joke. You dont have to eat that much but the more you feed your muscles, the more you will grow.

but i assumed that it's like everything else... your body can only handle so much before it starts spitting out unused proteinor whatever else... just like roids not only will too much kill you but it will have the same effect as half the dosage... i'm not an expert but i've been reading up a whole lot about everything trying to get the most out of this cycle.

I can only tell you what I experience. I know that the same effect at half the dose worked for me in the beginning but its not like that now. I also know that when I eat more in a bulking cycle like stated above, I grew like crazy. I am only 200 lbs (this weight agrees with my life style much better) now but I used to be 235 lbs with bf under 10%. I got that way from eating steak, chicken and fish. A lot of it.

well see its like this i'm 5'10, 185 and around roughly 15 to 16 % BF most of it is around my stomache but from what everyone tells me by the time my cyle is over (since i've added clen to it ) my friends said that i should be around 10 or less. but i'm looking to have an athletic build and not look like arnold if ya know what i mean so basicly i'm lookin at being at most 210 but not any bigger. this reason is so that it doesn't interfere with my pitching abilities seeing as i play baseball... but hey i guess if it comes down to it i can always be Clean up... the grocery bill is going to cost more then the cycle itself isn't it?

yes food and protein cost a lot more than the gear, i roughly spend a little over 100 a week on food and protein and thats only because im on unemployment right now and gov't checks arent shit :mad:

i always have been one to watch my form... i've seen guys hurt themselves majorly by trying to push too much weight... i'm not saying my pecs don't grow i'm just saying they don't grow as fast as anyonther part of my body... but why?

well of course you cant go wrong with flat bench, i just remember reading or hearing on a video that a pro (cant remember who) said that inclines really helped him put on mass

I see all these people giving information but he never gave his stats, what is your current, age, height, weight, bf%, goal?
You cant recommend gear for people unless you know their stats... for all you know he could weigh 160lbs and be fat.... in this case gear is not the issue diet is... secondly, dont just rattle off random pct's without knowing the person or thier stats...
Please supply this if you can:
1.age
2.height
3.weight
4.bf%
5.goals
6.current workout sched
7.current diet
if you supply these people can help you alot more with gear use... in some cases gear is not the issue, diet is just as important if not more important than anything...

its much more intricate putting on mass then just what exercices you do, ill go over exercised with you once you give me your stats and we work out a diet/gear plan.

Ok first off as far as the gear goes, I think your better starting with enanthate then sustenon... enan is just so much better as a builder... decca will help toss some weight on you too or you can go with equipoise... decca will give you a little more strength, a little more water rention... equipoise will improve bloodflow, vascularity and will give you slightly more tones muscles... I would recommend either on of these for you
WEEKS 1- 8: Deca Durabolin or Equipoise 400mg Per Week
WEEKS 1- 8: Sustanon or enanthate 500mg Per Week
WEEKS 1-10: Arimidex 0.25mg Every Day (keeps water retention down and estrogen will be non-existent)
if you want to add a little more bang you could toss in
WEEKS 1- 6: Methanabol 30mg Every Day (this will help you start building before the sus/enan really kick in and then youll toss on some real gains when they combine)
as far as PCT just follow the ones on alin's cycles its a clomid/nolv stack... you shouldnt need HCG since your not taking in too much test to really impeed your production terribly.
I would change your workout plan as well since on the gear your going to be repairing alot faster than you are now.
Something along the lines of:
mon- Chest/Back/Abs
tues-cardio - split interval run 25 minutes (10sec sprint/30sec jog)
wed- Quads/Hams/Calves
thur- cardio - split interval run 25 mins (15sec/45sec)
fri- Biceps/Triceps/Shoulders/Abs
sat-off
sun-off
or if your man enough you can try a routine like this, I split the back because my back wasnt growing fast enough, I also put more emphasis on my hams since im a squat beast and my quads are naturally huge...
Mon-Shldrs, Vert Back
Tues- cardio -sprint intervals
Wed-Tris, Bis, Hams, Abs
Thur- cardio -sprint intervals
Fri-Chest, Horiz Back, Abs
Sat -Quads, Hams, Calves
Sun-Off
As far as your diet goes I would amp it up alot from where you are right now, but you dont want to put on fat so I would try something close to
Calories: 3700
Protein: 400g
Carbs: 85g
Fat: 145g
(50/10/40)
I can give you a specific diet if you like or you can set one up yourself... if you need any more help or questions feel free to ask

i went with Deca and test E for my first jsut to see how i well my body handles it... besides its a classic newbie cycle from what i hear...
but i do have one question... i took my first injec. last night i woke up this morning with my gluteus medius sore...almost like i've pulled it... is this normal? if it is how long will it take it to go away? if its not... whats wrong?
bod1ggity Don,t you think is protein is high for is BW. He is 185lb. with 12% . Your giving him 2.16 gm per BW. I think 1.8 gm per BW is good with 200gm of carbs a day . Fats are perfect

this cycle should step up his protien synthasis and so he can take in a reasonable amount more... I wouldnt recommend going below 2grams per lb of bodyweight.... no to mention that hes feeding for his desired bodyweight...
If you weight 200 hundred and oyu want to weigh 220, you need to eat like your 220 lbs... you have to think how anabolic his body is going to be, hes going to absorb almost all of the protien he takes in.
secondly I want to keep his carb intake low for the first couple weeks so he can shred a little of the fat that hes holding onto, then we can tweak his diet with a little more carbs to really build ontop of the lean muscle he has.
You see his cycle inst even going to kick in until the 2nd week so it would be best to lay off the carbs until his body really starts burnign them for muscle and then yes stepping it up to 200g of carbs would be perfect... and the fat should be the right amount to maintain throughout the whole cycle... its pretty dead on, especially since they will be mostly healthy fats from fish and oils.
Im personally cutting down to 200 lbs because of work issues and im going to have less control on my diets ect in a few months because of my working environment so ill have to go to 200 and maintain it. My current diet is going to be.
Calories: 2900
Protein: 363g
Carbs: 73g
Fat: 129g
(50/10/40)
but im not trying to bulk up, im trying to cut down

If you've been doing a lot of BB bench either flat or incline...you need to change it up...try doing flat DB for a couple months....or DB incline...depending on where you think your chest is lagging....try doing some weighted dips as well...it will help put some mass on your chest...if you can't do weighted try assisted..

haha dont worry dog youll get used to it, it sucks at first, then you dont feel it in a bit... until you step up to prop or suspension then you definantly feel it agin.

yes you will get used to it....after a couple of weeks you'll give yourself a shot and won't even feel it anymore...but for now...watch how you sit down for a while :)

I injected in the other side and the same thing happend not as bad as the first time tho... so will this soreness stop by my tenth week or is it soemthing i'm just going to have to deal with... its not like the pain is unbareable or anything i'm just curious!

Ive found that Glute shots always hurt me more then my delts or my quads, I would always get a knot there the first day or two after injecting, but after a while it got the point where it didnt do that anymore, then I moved up to prop, wow that really really hurts. Now im used to prop... but I hate suspension, thats some of the worst pain ive ever felt.

do what your friend is doing, my workout partner an me do the same cycles, you cant really consider someone a pasrtner if your not doing the same thing
